they called for someone I don't know...wouldn't give them any info if I did know the person...I guess they like to waste there time....my answering machine can talk to them...

They have been calling my number at least 10 times since friday, it's always the same, they ask for some lady, give her account number, and say to call back.   I called them, this "Malcome" was rude and hung up on me, so I kept calling them back over and over and then we got into a yelling match... now they are going to call me more, according to malcom. I'm complaining to the FTC.

Got a message from "Malcolm"...  Read on another site that it's a scam! Be careful!

This guys name calling is Malcolm walker. He's actually a douche. He can't leave messages full of baseless threats, by law. Save the recording and the douche will get fined big.

My daughter received a call from a "Malcom" from this number stating he is from CRS Office and Associates. States my daughter had been named in a civil suit with a Wesley Higginbotham - my daughter does not know a Wesley Higginbotham. I googled the number and see this is a scam.

My daughter had same call from same "Malcom" and same number. Threatened a civil suit. SCAM!!

Junk debt collector. Left a message stating that they would be filing an Affidavit of Complaint in the county I live in on 12/21. I have no debt. Any I may have had was YEARS ago and so far past the SOL it wouldn't be collectible legally anyway. I passed the information onto my attorney who called the alleged person. The referenced some bank I never even had a card with. Love how they throw legal scare tactics out that they can NOT back up. Scammers.

yep...guy named malcom left a message stating a complaint had been filed against me.  pretty sure theyare a  collection agency out of dallas.
