I too keep getting calls from these ppl. I've even had them to tell me they need to personally hand me a summons for court, so what is your address. If you have all my info as you claim you know my address. i just stopped answering.....

My father got the call stating there's a legal matter pending against me. When I called back, talked to Mark Green, wouldn't give much information about supposed debt, and when I requested an address for debt validation, said he would turn this matter over to the attorneys and I would hear from them in 7-10 days with a court date, then hung up on me. I called back again, talked to another person (name not given but sounded alot like Mark Green), said to "hang on so i can see that this is about". Really??? All I wanted was an address to request validation. Of course no one ever came back on the line.  I called back again, talked to Mrs. Collins, who started to yell that she couldn't understand why I would not provide my address ( I have lived at same address for over 4 years, have a driver license  with current address and employment history.  I am NOT hiding from anybody.  They found my father,whom I have NEVER used as a reference, why couldn't they find me???) for her to send "validation" right then because it could take 6 months for them to reply to written request. I advised her I wanted verification (for my own records) that I had requested validation and that there was specific information that I wanted (per my attorneys advice).  After several go arounds and holding phone away from my ear because she was yelling ("talking loudly" were her words when I told her not to yell, that I was right there) I got an address.  She then hung up on me.  I have typed my letter of request for validation, will send certified mail tomorrow and will file complaints with the FTC and Attorney Generals of my state and the state of New York tomorrow.  This is from a debt supposedly from 2007.  If they sue me, I will countersue.  My attorney says what they have done is harrassement and illegal.  If this debt is mine, I want to pay, but i want verification that it does belong to me.  2007 was a long time ago.  We'll see what happens.

Im am currently being harassed by this hearshe n kemp company. Threatening me that it will go to legal matters if I do not pay. After receiving the paperwork I started doin investigation on this because this is the 4th call from a "debt" collector sayin I owe payday cash advances one in which I already paid! So I just called and spoke to a kennith sledge assuring me that this is legit and the scam complaints are from people that don't wanna pay. I also let him know this is gonna go into further investigation on my end and will be turned over to local sherrif. He didn't like me so much after that. But these people jus scammed the wrong women.

March 8th, 2012 I recieved a call from Hearsh Kemp LLC telling me that I owe them another 1464.12 cents. Come to fine out they are a Fraud !
Be aware of these people. They have been harassing me for a couple of years now.

My husband got a letter from Hearshe Kemp LLC and recieves calls all the time even on weekends. In the letter the name and address are correct the only thing is it says Dear Victor Hernandez. We don't even know that person nor why it is in the letter. The amount shown is not even correct at all and it has a number 1-877-787-4717 on the letter. The letter has a lot of typo and it has a print on their that it seems that it got over printed. These people are a joke and are not getting anything out of us.

These guys are d****eads and that is NICELY STATED. Just talk back to them - use the same legal jargon. It really pisses them off.

I have been getting phone calls from Hearshe Kemp  saying that I have written a bad  check to a pay day loan company and I have committed a felony and if i didn't pay i would be taken to court and face possible criminal charges.

Telephone Collection Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
12/01/2010?The IC3 receives a high volume of complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. In these scams, a caller claims that the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check cashing services.

One of the most insidious aspects of this scam is that the callers have accurate information about the victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. The method by which the fraudsters obtained the personal information is unclear, but victims often relay that they had completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls began.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide to the victims any details of the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers threaten victims with legal actions, arrests, and in some cases physical violence if they refuse to pay. In many cases, the callers even resort to harassment of the victim?s relatives, friends, and employers.

Some fraudsters instruct victims to fax a statement agreeing to pay a certain dollar amount, on a specific date, via prepaid visa card. The statement further declares that the victim would never dispute the debt.

These telephone calls are an attempt to obtain payment by instilling fear in the victims. Do not follow the instructions of the caller.

If you receive telephone calls such as these, you should:
?    Contact your banking institutions;
?    Contact the three major credit bureaus and request an alert be put on your file;
?    Contact your local law enforcement agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger;
?    File a complaint at www.IC3.gov.

I went the extra mile when I was informed of the harassing calls, there was nothing on my credit report, the client they claimed they were collecting a debt for had no record of me ever being a customer so I don't know everyone else's situation but I thought I would let you know my situation with these low lifes!

Gary I guess your name is you are a total IDIOT!!!!!  Let me tell you how much you actually know....NOTHING.  These people are buying bad debt from companies that is no longer owed and they are trying to get you to pay.  We ended up in a situation where we had to claim bankruptcy, let hope you never get in this situation it is not fun....anyway point is they told me that this was not covered by bankruptcy...LIE!!!!!  It was discharges along with everything else.  Maybe this company should do their research before calling and harassing people and they are not law enforcement but they still told me they were issuing a warrant for my husbands arrest and he would be picked up!!!! I just received a call from these people for my husband and one person gave me the name of the bank that we supposedly had an account with...when i told her we never had an account there she told me that husbands lie and keep secrets all the time...what kind of professional would tell you that???  I called back after my husband spoke to them and told them that I wanted all the information they had on this case like the acct & routing number from this bank and they told me that the info was sealed and could not be accessed until the court date...1st phone call they said they were going to put a warrant out for his arrest and then the second call the said that ebl funding was suing him in civil court...this all came from this hearshe and kemp.   I told them if they would not give me any information to prove this is real that i was not going to give them my financial information...and the guy yelled at me and told me that he would have the warrant issued tomorrow and hung up on me...these people are a joke and i will be calling my attorney tomorrow and anyone else that can help me.

Received phone call today asking for my ex person stated that he would be getting a court paper in the mail. I told our daughter about it and she called he number back. They would not give a name or An address they said they would give us a fax number and they then hung up. I reversed tracked the number and found it was cell phone coming out of Cin. Ohio.

I am getting un-wanted, threatening to be sued phone calls from someone by the name Stanley Simms 512-501-5037 and he leaves a contact number 877-787-4717... something about fraud.  He contacted my mother who lives in San Antonio.  What ever they are saying to people about your personal business is not good and furthermore, its none of anyone elses business.

They called my brother asking for me, they told him I needed to call back within 3 hours or someone would be going to my house to serve papers.  The number they gave me to call back is 800-385-6498 with a case number.  Same guy sounds like he's from India with an Americanized accent, gives a different name like Doug Smith or Mr. Jones, etc.

I'm sick of these lowlife debt collectors passing themselves off as law or legal professionals calling my number looking for relatives who don't even live in the same state as I do! STOP IT! It is ILLEGAL to call people other than the debtor. Also, it's illegal to pose as law enforcement or lawyers in an attempt to collect debts.  PAY ATTENTION TO THE NAME ON THE VOICEMAIL. Then it'll be obvious you're calling the wrong freaking number and breaking the law in the process!!! :(

This company has to be full of it. I received a letter from them and I am NOT impressed with it. It is made out to look REAL professional and in fact it looks tacky. The letter has a huge gold colored seal printed on it in crappy computer ink. And across the top it says PENDING LEGAL PETITION AUGUST 19, 2011 in bold red type. This supposed loan was taken out in the state of CA yet they are going to take it to court in the state of New York. I have had problems with pay day loans in the past and they were ALL handled by the appropriate District Attorney from that county. I paid them and they were good. Also this compnay has NEVER once read off the rights under the Fair Credit law. And they have represented themselves as lawyers on my brief conversations with them. They provided me with a website and I cannot believe how shoddy it is. Misspellings a plenty. All of you should really take a gander at it. Also they arent even listed at the building they are located. I used google maps and got a good street view. I called another business in there to confirm and was told that they were in fact located in the building but nothing comes up at all. I am going to have a law firm look at this and tell me what can be done.
