I have been receiving numerous calls from this telephone number threatening litigation and stating that there is legal actions in court with a certain person (not me) and that they must call immediately and that nothing they do will stop them from getting this person.  Now I know what a joke this is, but it annoys me that they keep calling me.  I won't give them my name associated with my number as I don't trust them and know what they are up to.  It is wrongful collection and they should be jailed.  But who has the time to properly sue them in this litigious society? I will next try and block their number.

Got the same message as Plynn. Tried calling them and would not give me thier actual business name just intial that i cant even understand, and that they're retain by the company to file a suit

Caller said they were having inclement weather and techical difficulties... and that I had payment arrangements with their company. They didnt even say who they were just that if I didn't return the call my "so-called" payments would run as scheduled. I sure as heck better not see any unauthorized charges on any of my accounts!!

To call back it was very important and they were from a collection agency, although all the accounts i have are current, the gentleman told me to call back the next day for more information because they were closed, but the odd part, is si that they called my neighbor and asked for what would have been my married name, I never changed my name or used my husbands name, i never have financed or have any bills with that last name, so I am sure it is a scam

Called and said he was process server. very rude. He orginally called from 305-507-0652. I know it's some kind of collection agency. Scammers. Says he's from GCR Group. He can't sqeeze blood out of a turnip. Always wishes me Good luck. HA!
