It's a SCAM... Look them up on the Texas Attorney General Site. When your own records show $3.8M raised and $3.0M paid to "commercial telephone solicitors" then there's a problem!

Actually non-profit organizations are exempt from all do not call lists. They're non-profit, would'nt help much if everyone could just place themselves on the no call list which is actually to stop private company advertisements, not non-profit charitable organizations. Some people just look for any excuse not to help out but to not look like a "bad" person for not helping.

Claimed company name as "State Appeal" and they were calling for the Texas State Troopers Association. It's a scam. When I started asking questions the caller, who said his name was Roy Johnson, hung up. I called back and got a supervisor and when I asked him questions about why they called me when I'm on the do not call list he just said, "Thank you have a nice day".
SCAM!
