This is a telemarketer, or otherwise unwanted caller.

Robo call left partial voice mail message when ignored.

This number called me twice today. I ignored it both times. The first time they didn't leave a message. The second time they left a message asking for me by name. They just said they were trying to reach me. They never said who the were or what they wanted.

They call several times leave no message, dont recognize num dont answer

Another call from this number. I looked at my Caller I.D. and didn't pick up. Therre was no message, as usual.

Just received a call from this number also they wanted to help refinace your house. I told them if they could beat 2.0% fixed then we can talk if not don't call me again. the lady said that they would take me off the call list.

13 CALLS AND COUNTING. THIS IS SOMETIMES A MINUTE APART!  AND I HAVE NO CALL REGISTRY ALSO!  THIS IS ANNOYING.  GUESS I'LL HAVE TO CALL MY PHONE CARRIER NEXT.  WHAT I'D RATHER DO...IS SLAP THESE PEOPLE!  I'M ALWAYS AFFRAID IT'S AN EMERGENCY CALL FOR A FAMILY MEMBER...BUT IT'S ALWAYS THIS SAME #.

how do you 'reject list' a call???

I have no call registry...and I get a few of these calls ...If I do not know the # or name, in which MOST of these calls show 'no name' I do not answer.  Glad to read that if you push '9'...etc...but that would mean I would have to answer the call....won't waste my minutes for these dummies.  It's annoying as that when my phone rings it's usually friend or family.  And I never know if that one call I need to get is for an emergency...so when my phone rings I pick it up fast...thankful it isn't an emergency...but annoyed that it's this type of caller instead. I thought no call  was just that....'no call'.  I just pushed options for 'lock' on this #, and I don't even know what that will do...  guess I better read my instruction book for my phone.

I too had this company call me twice  already.  Yesterday I answered and they asked me to whom did I want to speak being that I told them I was returning the call I had missed.  I told them that they were the ones who had called me and then they asked for me to give them my name or phone number which I stated I would not do it if they did not know me.  I said good by.  Today I received another call from them again and I went online to do a reverse call look up and sure enough it is the same company again calling me.  When I answered this time no one answered in the first 3 seconds so I just hung up.  This is annoying because my home is already paid for and I don't need anyone calling me to refinance a mortgage.. So my next step is to try and get this number blocked!

This number calls my phone twice a day. I never answered until today. When I answered of course no one was there. I stayed on for about 30-45 seconds trying to get a response and then hung up. A friend called and while I was talking to him my phone kept beeping and vibrating. I looked at the phone and it said "DOWNLOAD IN PROGRESS". I immediately hung up on my friend, took the battery, sim card, and micro sd card out. I waited about 5 minutes and put sim card and battery back into phone. HollyS_ _ _*** Now my phone wont work at all. Wont power up or nothing. Be warned DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Did Verizon sell my number?" -- BAE's post yesterday

It makes me wonder, too. I just asked Verizon Wireless about a week ago, not to call my VZW cell number with telemarketing calls anymore, after they interrupted me on the job to try to sell me a contract renewal, when I'd already gotten the okay to get out of my current contract early due to unuseable signal quality after moving. By the way, for VZW's caller ID number, there's no option on my VZW LG Android smartphone, to send their calls straight to voicemail.

Then just today, I got a call on my lunch break from a telemarketer offering mortgage refinancing, saying he was calling from Smart Financial. My cell phone number has been on the National Do-Not-Call List for several years now.

Just got a call from 888-225-6593. I didn't answer. Called the number back and it says it is a mortgage refinancing company.
It says to push 9 if you want to be taken off the list.
So I did, not sure if it worked though. The phone hangs up as soon as you punch 9.

Smart Financial - Do not know what they are trying to sell.  Bad thing is they are calling my Cell and sometimes I cannot see the number (with hands free) and I would answer it blindly ...  Did Verizon sell my number?

I got this call to my cell two days in a row.  I did not answer.  Very annoying.  Then I checked on  800notes.com and found that other people also got calls from the same number.  Any way to stop these calls or report them to authorities?

put it on your reject list, its def spam. though i've never answered it.

Got a call at 9:12am Denver time, today, Wednesday, July 18th. Many missed calls from this number. Answered on 3rd ring, nobody there.
