Johnny D.
I just received a call from this company and am curious about fees you paid and if the caller was polite, also, are you from the USA? I would like to sell my timeshare, though I am skeptical about these timeshare sellers.

I got a call from this number and it was from a man names Mike Wilson. I told him how I have tried several times to sell this timeshare and just want to give it away. I was talking to another outfit thay would take my propertyI would no longer own it, but it would cost me $2,450.00. Mr Wilson told me he had a similar program to take my property on for a fraction of the other cost. I taked to the broker within 2 days I just received the closing packet this week. So far so good! Iseen some negative remarks so I wanted to let the world know maybe there are some good companies left out there???

Thank god this company called me. They have a buyers waiting page and my property just happened to be on there. I thought the were a scam at first but they put me intouch with the buyer the next day and my timeshare is finally gone! Thank You

A swinehund named James just called asking for two specific people about their timeshare. Told him I know them both well enough to know that they don't have a timeshare and that I am getting an air horn this weekend just for people like him. He asked if I wanted his home phone so I could air horn him there too. Makes me wish I had a timeshare to shove into his lying shotsack face.

This is a telemarketing call to anyone with a timeshare asking for a call back at a number of different extentions. They operate out of Florida. Never did actual business with them but inquired about a possible sale of my timeshare last year. I guess they are going back to their old prospect lists... Watch out, because they want their money first, then maybe you may get lucky and get your timeshare sold through them...or not. I never really understood what they were going to do for me that I couldn't do myself. Also, if they manage to sell it, I don't think that closing costs are included in the deal...that's gonna be lots more extra! Price is around $400 to $600 up front. Here are their stats:

Very abrasive salesman wanted to sell our time share. He would do it for a fee or $450.00 but then he said his manager had authorized him to sell
for $350 with the rest due after sale. I asked for everythng in writing,
and that's when he got pushy and aggrivated. It was also after 9pm. What
ever happened to the do not call list.
