Do not let them intimidate you. Notify your local police department, contact the FTC and file a complaint. They are scammers. Let your employer know you are a victim of India scum feeders. Contact your bank, credit agencies and let them know what is going on. There is a lot of information in the Forum section of this page that lets you know the correct agencies to contact.

Richard Bell called my JOB from 1-888-229-0054 and gave my HR Department a claim # stating it was a Mediation Issue ... I am working with a debt company who called this person only to receive a tecorded message from a company called Ressmer, Klein & Associates whomever they are. No one pivled up the phone or has called back. I have been advised to send a certified letter to cease from calling my Job which is against the LAW!!! They can be sued for doing so.
