I just got the same call from Credit Protection Association. I recently moved to another state and changed my cell phone number to a local number.
No sooner did I change it and this company started calling me from 888-421-8276. I didnt answer and they left me a message stating that the message was for Willie Smith and they could be reached at 866-421-8276.
They also left a 11 digit reference number.

Received a robo-call from a business called "Credit Protection Association", could not make out the name of the person they were seeking.  Robo message said they had an important message about the person's credit and had some sort of offer to make.  The call-back number was 866-421-8276.
