ALL day today kept callin and but does but not say anything

I did a number search on this and it's a private toll free number when I did the search no business name came up only that it was a landline and the persons name has been blocked.

I did some research and the best thing we can do is block the number from calling for landlines dial *60 and follow the prompts for a cell you have to call your cell carrier and activate call blocking then you just have to dial *67 hope this helps

the people who are using this number are trying to get money from people cursing at people calling and hanging up claiming they are a credit card representative and trying to get 499.00 from people they should be took to court for abusing phone services it sounds like a bunch of kids who got a 1888 number and know their name isn't going to come up so they can do what they want and they are getting this info off of facebook!!! take their privlages away PLEASE!!!!!!

I got a call from this number today and they asked for my sister I believe they are looking at facebook pages that are public and randomly calling the people they believe the page belongs to when she found out it wasn't my sister she hung up on me, my sister has postings all over my facebook page so I can see how she thought it was her page that's how they are getting the info to call people!

These guys has been calling me literally 7 times in a span of 5 hours today. I ignored it until the most recent call when I was fed up with them calling me and told them to stop calling me. They also kept saying a name that wasn't even close to my name. The other guy in the line was being a huge douche and saying "it's my first time calling you and I didn't do anything to you, put the gun away" and hung up. Wow, such a dick thing to say when you're annoying thousands of people with your useless spam of calls. Can someone do something about this thing?

I keep receiving calls from unwanted places sometimes several times a day!  How do I stop this nonsense!?!?!  Other phone numbers are also 623-552-6766, 888-731-5406 & 801-889-2634....agghhhh it is driving me nuts!!!

They are in AZ and CA?  Not sure where else, as they say they give you a "free" website for one time fee $499, and unclear who they use for hosting, etc.

BBB AZ has them listed and no rating for them. Go Daddy site had another address in AZ with a Private Mail Box (which suggests no real address attached to it).

Also found they had a Go Daddy site previous to that which used Private Domains (Domains by Proxy) that ripped people off on Go Daddy in AZ area.

I finally answered so I could tell them off. She was all cheery on the phone. I let her know she called me at work and was about to ask why they keep calling me and she hung up the phone.   You can't call the number back.  I just went to verizon and blocked them. I am on the DNC list.

Glad to know about this!  We were out but will tell my husband to watch out for this number!  We are on a Always Call List!

You have to report them each and every time they call. It takes just a minute or two and IT DOES WORK!

I got a name of the company last time they called me. It is J. W. Merchant Funding. I reported them to the National Do Not Call list. And I will file a new complaint every single time they call me. YOU SHOULD ALSO file your number with the N.D.C.L. and report them and any other unsolicited calls you receive. It DOES WORK but you have to be very vigilant with your complaint filing.

that is weird...your comment says you received a call on the 24th of June...my son started getting calls from this number on the 23rd...they claim they are attempting to serve a restraining order...can you tell me what state you are in??

some a***oles started calling my sons phone from this number last week-apparently they are trying to serve a restraining order...not even in my city or state...the phone belongs to my younger son and I have been angry asking them why do they keep calling this phone???? they clearly have the wrong number and have been told!!! I would like this harrassment to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every Day I receive a call from 1-888-233-9042 I am sick of it. I called the parent company and they deny this, I am really angry about this.

These people keep calling...and yes it is a telemarketer....If you call back it gives you a voice message that THIS is not a valid number... I just saved it as a "DO NOT ANSWER TELEMARKETER" on my phone so I know... faster and less hassle than downloading the block app..... OK good luck with that...

How do i stop the harassing calls. I asked to be taken off the call list and they just hung up and called the next day

They call constantly. Now we get ANOTHER scam artist talking smack on this scam artist. I'm suspecting they are either the same people, or someone new trying to sound like the savouir. WHY would someone post here otherwise? Nice tactics there bonehead.

I suggest that everyone stear clear of both the original and this new one.

Caller ID says "TOLL FREE CALLER".  They call every day but never leave a message.
