Probably a collections agent. Keeps asking for a person that i do not know. When I tell them that this is not *****'s phone they ask if I know where she is.

Nearly indiscernible, low volume, and heavily accented operator, but I hear "Fortiva" at the end of the message. A telemarketer, online college, or credit company? Never heard.
I'm between jobs and have aggressively posted applications for work, publishing (against my better judgment but it's required app information) my mobile number for all sorts of dialers out there.
This is my guess.

I continue to receive calls from this number 2-4 times in a single day. I am NOT the person that these calls are intended for. My number is 239-234-7531. If I continue to receive these calls, I will contact an attorney and file civil and criminal charges against you. Be forewarned: STOP CALLING ME NOW....
