This is a scam and a rip off.  They charged my account and I tried to make many attempts to cancel before hand.  THe company is never available.

I did not receive a phone call from 1-888-234-3438 but had ordered a free bottle of BodyCleanse for the shipping charges only of $5.59. On arrival the product did not have any accompanying literature stating you had to cancel or they would automatically ship you additional product.  About two weeks later I noticed a charge of $84.79 from Cleansebody with the above telephone number.  I have tried a minimum of 20 times to contact them and either get a busy signal or a voice mail stating that the call cannot be completed.  I then contacted our credit card company and they stated if and when I receive the product to return it and wait to see if my account is credited.  My account was credited with the amount of $55.19 only. I called the credit card company, MBNA, and was advised that the company has the right to charge you for postage as it supposedly stated on their website that additional product would be shipped automatically if the order was not cancelled within 14 days.

I really think this a complete rip-off as I never saw anything on the web site about cancelling and for a company to ship product in this manner should be considered a crime.

I tried calling this number and I've been on hold for almost 45 minutes and then it went off. I called it again and again and I kept getting a busy message. I got a charge on my credit card and i never ordered from these people.

I too ordered the Acai Berry product & have print outs of my confirmation to only be charged a total of $5.95, yet my credit card statement shows they charged me the additional $88.62 as well. I have kept calling this # & finally have gotten though, but no one ever picks up!!! I too am disputing this charge with my credit card company, but who knows if that will help or not... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to contact 888 234 3438 and discussed the issue with Larry.  I advised him to cancel all of the four items that my wife stated she did not order.  I also told him that my credit card co was disputing all of the charges.  I got  the following address from him:  127 NW 13th St suite 4 Boca Raton Fl 33432.  I'm sending a certified letter advising them to cancel all and any orders and refund the money.  I've been advised to do this by CHASE.  That way they can go back and have solid gorunds on the sipoutes.

I actually did not receive a call - I was given this number by Chase Onlikne Security folks to call because I have a fraudulent posting from website with this phone number and am going through the dispute process - my advice is that Chase investigate this number and not give it as a legitimate phone number for resolution.

I Was totally ripped off for 79.47 from this company. That I have attempted five times to get this cleared up. They at Acai Berry Says they don't have products for that amount. I even went to my bank and guess what! They gave me this same phone number that I have been calling all these time. This is a scam!!!! Is there anyone out there that has found a solution? I would love to hear it.

I have written Oprah to do an investigation about these companies because a lot of them use her name to endorse their product.  Somoneone needs to put a stop to this.  They are makin a fat penny lying to people and setting up a system that is quite misleading.  We need to all find a lawyer to represent us to stop this so that others are not fooled

O and to claify I only read about the clause on this webpage about the enrollment not when I placed my order... Darn fine print.

I'm in the same boat as most of you are. I saw the online ad on my local news station webstie Fox 2 out of St Louis. Figured they would not have any shady compines on their website so placed the order. There was also endorsement photos of Dr. Oz and Oprah as well. I got both bottles and have not opened either of them. Today I see a charge of $78.84, and see that Body Clense is in the title along with the number 888-234-3438, called about 10 differetn times and was on hold for as long as 30 min before the line goes silent. I'm pissed and willing to take this company off at the knees. I read that there was a clause that enrolls you with the order, but PR goes a long way. Does anybody have a company name to give, Body Cleanse does not come up. Get the word out, e-mails, My Space, Facebook etc... I'm contacting my local news to take action on their website. Good luck!

I was charged $78.84 on Dec. 22 for no item I ordered. Attempted to reach whoever it is at this phone number. Was on hold for over 10 minutes. To dispute charge with credit card company.

Thanks jim (23Dec 2008) for the link.   I called 800-787-1219, the wait time was only about 45 seconds.  They cancelled the order and said they'll remove the $78.84 charge.  I'll be checking to make sure it happens. I'll keep the dispute open until they give me my credit.

I received my acaiberry trial product, got hit with $79.95 'automatic enrollment (didn't receive a second bottle).  Called and they told me I could only get refund if the bottle was unopened.  Thankfully, I hadn't had time to open it...sent it back, got my refund.  Then fit-factory did an automatic charge on my credit card for $19.95.  I called and had it removed -- says its for a newletter.  Now, CleanseBodyStory is on my credit card statement for $78.84.  Can't get thru the 888-234-3438 number.  I'm disputing it through my credit card company. Where do all these automatic charges end?

In a vulnerable moment I ordered the trial AcaiBerry with ColonCleanse Combo.  Paid $5.95 for shipping, and received both bottles...so far so good.  Took both, noticed no weight loss, but had vacation and other activities, so decided to try one more round.  Received only AcaiBerry, and a charge for $88.62 (3 weeks or less from the first).  Ouch...that's expensive, but my mistake!
Now for the fun part..I still hadn't received more ColonCleanse, hadn't been able to reach anyone, and received a credit card bill for THREE items...AcaiSupreme ($88.62); AND Colonxr ($78.84)--even though received only the "free" bottle; AND WHITETEA8882343438--FOR WHICH I NEVER ORDERED.  The first phone number provided, for AcaiSupreme, answered as "GlobalNet Pharmacy", then gave me the elevator music for 30 minutes, and then went silent for another seven minutes until I hung up; the second two numbers (including the 888-234-3438 for Whitetea) only had fast busy signals (meaning lines weren't in order)...repeatedly.  I called my credit card co. and had the charges contested and had to report my card as lost/stolen to stop future charges.  
I finally been able to find a working number and live-chat by googling "acaiberry" and reading through multiple screens as if interested in ordering a new "free sample".  Supposedly my Acaiberry and coloncleanse accounts have been closed, with "appropriate" credit back (we'll see in the next few weeks).  I could find no one who acknowleded any Whitetea account, even though there was a second pending charge on my CC bill before closing.  But funny thing...the phone numbers and the charge amounts on my bill, and mentioned in many of the previous reports above, all seen to be interchangeable!  hhhhummmm!

go to the wed site you can contact a online rep and cancel the order. and print the transcript of the conversation if there is still issues.

I too ordered the cleanse body trial for $5.95 shipping and handling charge. To date (12/19) have not received any product, but they took the $5.95 right away. I also order the ACAI berry supplements, got the 10 day trial right away (thought I was getting 30 days trial) but low and behod got another 60 days supply in the mail, so I checked my bank account and there it was $69.95 charge from X-Factor.  After 35 mins on hold (I was determined to wait) I got ahold of someone and told them to cancel it.  (I found the site I ordered it from and sure 'nuf, there is a clause that if you order the trial you are automatically enrolled. You get more every 30 days.  We'll see if they really did cancel my "enrollment".  Nice little scam they have going on there.
