1-888-235-1322 - junk faxes MANY times per month.  I can' get them to stop.  Ad for garbage health insurance.

These a** holes never stop.  There is no need to call the "Opt Out" number.  They just add you to other's list.  I'd love to get the fax number of the company sending this stuff out.  A little tit for tat would make me happy.

They faxed this unsolicited to my fax which is on do not call list. When I called them, I asked the person who answered the phone the first time the name of his company. He asked if I needed an address too, and I said no, just the name. he then said that "it was on the corner of f*ck off and get a map". I called back again and they answered Levinson and Roman, and I informed that person of what had happened. He apologized and told me he would take me off the list.

This number sends numerous faxes per day.  when you call the number to ask them to black, they are VERY VERY rude. why would ANYONE sign up for their policy if they are insanely rude?.... these people have probably cost me $70 in black ink cartridges over the past few months.

faxed advert.  Called & only name they would give me was "Benefits enrollment center"...most definately a scam

they try to legitimize their fax by claiming "you are receiving this fax because of a recent inquiry". I have been on medicare for three years and sure would deal with a crook over the internet if I needed insurance.

We just got one too. It's a scam. Insurance sales. They don't even list the name of the company, where it is located, etc.

I get them once a month. They change the number so that you can't say they are harassing you.

They sent me spam fax advertisements.  I called their number listed on the bottom for removal, waiting to see if they spam me again.
