These people have been calling me twice a week, for the last 3 months. They won't take me off their call list despite numerous requests.

ars does business under many different names one being an a/c co that supposedly provides a/c services.  last year i was shopping for a/c and called them and after researching found they were not the company i wanted to do business with because they sell a/c units out of a warehouse and have it installed then they disappear (from what I have learned) now they call persistently trying to offer contracts for the maintenance on my a/c system
have asked them 3 times to take me off their call list

Received this call on my cell... not able to find out who they were... but appears to be a telemarketer from other reports.

Called my cell phone at 10 pm.  I did not answer, now I never will.

Repeatedly receive a call from this number which immediately hangs up when I answer, doesn't leave message and will not answer when called.  VERY irritating.  Would love to know who this number belongs to since I am on the national do-not-call list....

I saw the comment Annoyed mama that the call was from Andy's State Wide.  I used them for a furnace and then a new A/C.  When they installed the A/C the sales person told me Andy's was bought by Service Masters so my guess is when Service Master bought the busniess they got all the phone numbers.  I'm going to call my local Andy's office every time I get a call from this number.  I'll tell them I will quit calling them when 8882351987 quits calling me.

Here's what I plan to do.  When they call me again, I will accept the service then kick the guy's a** when they show up, (or not answer the door).

They call me everyday.  I'm on the national "Do Not call" registry.  I've even filed complaints against them with the FTC, and I conduct absolutely no business with them, and I've requested them to never call me again.  But the calls will not stop.

The FTC is an absolute joke!

I keep getting these annoying calls from this number and when i call the number back it says.. Please hold for the next rep, but no one ever comes to the phone. I have no idea who these people are and i wish they would stop calling every week.

This is ARS Rescue Rooter.  According to the National Do-Not-Call List rules, once you do business with a company you are fair game to be called.  You must ask to be removed from their list.  I suggest you call your local ARS Rescue Rooter company and ask to be removed.  That's what I did.

Called and left a 4 min long message of someone trying to open their call log.  It was very annoying!!!  Obviously a telemarketer.

keep receiving calls on my cell.  when i anser it they will not talk.  when I call it back they will not tell me who they are.  it appears to be a telemarketer.

Telemarketing call from "ARS Rescue Rooter Service".  They do not answer with the business name.  Very rude and arrogant when I required the business name.  

They have been making daily calls to my number which is on the "Do Not Call" list.  They call but have never left a message.  This is obviously a telemarketing call.

Got a call from this number on my cell today, I anwsered but they hung up.

I just received a call from this number 88-235-1987 (12/12/08 @ approx. 4:12pm EST).  The man asked for my husband by name.  I asked who was calling and he said Andy's Stateside Heating and Cooling.  I told him that my husband could not come to the phone, but we have a new HVAC and don't need anything.  He said he would call back and speak to my husband and then hung up.  VERY RUDE!  NEVER did business with this company.  My name is on the bill for phone and we are on the do not call list!!!

I've never answered it.  They never leave a voice mail.

same number called my cell which is on do-not-call list with .gov.
US Governgment does not do s**t to support the privacy in this country.
Freaking a**es they are. Each and Every USA Congress member.

Picked up the call without actually saying anything (don't answer Unknown or Toll Free calls, but like to make them sit on MY hold) and a recording said they were calling about my home services and an agent would be on the line shortly.  I hung up, as I am quite capable of handling my own home services as needed.

I also had Rescue Rooter to replace a water heater under the AHS warrantee.They replaced my old Water heater,which probably only needed a new coil,but they put in what they said was a new heater,but it quit working in one week and my son took it apart and found out it had replaced parts of a used heater,and the parts were even rusty,So I would love for them to go to court with me so I can take my RUSTY old parts along with pictures to show this company I did business with is scamming people as well as AHS.Oh,they even tryed to charge me almost a thousand dollars for the used water heater they put in...It was supposed to have been free of charge as I had paid AHS $45.00 a month for years.So I canceled my check and they don't like it.They have been harrassing me for a while now.

05/10/2010 they called again after being asked to place me on their do not call list.  They are trying to sell plumbing and heating services.  No one can say they are not aggressive...

i just talked to the general manager in ohio at ars rescue rooter and advised him there are a lot of unhappy people out here and he said they had a problem with an auto dialer and the phone service at corporate and he would contact them and let them know whats up we had some service work done by them and had no over charging and our hot water tank still works good.... he is gonna contact the main office and advise them they are making people unhappy with hangups and no messages left hope my phone call helped. i dont like to get up to answer the phone and get hung up either.

They ask for a Mr or Mrs and when I asked who he was he said Mike, I said Mike from where and he hung up on me.  When I tried to call the number back it rings busy..

I have no idea why they are calling. I have never heared of them. I amswer and they hang up. Also i have tried to call back and the number doesnt recieve calls.

ARS is a great service! Call the sometime :)

I don't know how they got my number. I have never used them before. They called and didn't leave a message.  When I called back, it wouldn't go through. Am glad I found this site and discovered who they are.

I have received several calls on  my cell. If I answer no one is there. They never leave a message.

This number called my cell - I did not answer as I didn't recognize the number.  This site identified it as a plumber that I never before contacted...this is an unwanted phone call.

It's ARS ... I use to have a service contract with them until they wanted $700.00 a year for a furnace that they installed for $1500.00.  They also gave an estimate on a hot water heater of $1,200.00 that was installed by BG&E (Constellation Energy) for $675.00. [Rheem Guardian] ARS claimed that they would have to order it because it was not in stock and that would take a week.  BG&E installed it in one day.

They asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs ..... I'm single.
