This number, 888-236-0060 is also the same  as 678-619-4268, among various others, I'm sure. This Chad Alex guy, from NCR, at least thats what he says his name and the company's name is, had very little CORRECT information about me, bunch of nasty scammers,.who are trying to collect on a debt that was paid 3 years ago, like I'm going to forget I paid that, and I have proof of payment, which this "Chad" guy refused to give me a fax number so that I could send to him. Yeah, sounds legit.

Does EVERY keyboard sold in Asia have the same defect? Everyone of them has a stuck 'caps' key. Is it the caps key, or the users brain that is stuck? By the way folks: Have you ever noticed that these 'pay your bills' shills NEVER mention that millions of Americans are being called by 3rd world criminals, trying to extort money on fake debts? They can sit down & type the same meadow muffins over, and over, and over - but never a word . . . wait. . . hold on. . . Un huh?. . . really?. . . 90% of people from India do not finish school? Yeah, should of went with that.

NCR Processing wanted my social security number.  Their representatives would not give their names, barely gave the name of the company and when I stated I wanted my number removed from their call list they asked "what call list" (unprofessional guilty statement).  Then I was told my number would be released.  Hmmmmm.   At first they would not answer my return call then finally answered.  NCR Processing you know what you can do with the claims you have in  your office.

COOL!!  He does not post anything about the attorney just who the money is alleged to be owed to.  These idios still are trying to scam.  When I did not answer their call an automated system left a message.  I called back and was hung up on each time.  When I did reach someone they were so rude and evasive with me.  I don't have a judgement on my credit bureau nor do I owe anyone any money.  They threatened to process the paperwork . . . I say GO AHEAD it don't bother me.  I want to see who they are representing.  When and if I receive the paperwork I will post the information.

Well, at least you posted something. Not that what you've supplied adds up to anything.
An address in NYC tells us NOTHING! Give us the names of the complainants, as they appear on your summons. Give us a Docket #. A Summons #. Anything that can be VERIFIED!
You won't do that. Because you know that the people here will research, and then disembowel, any of your ludicrous claims. As a matter of fact, you can be sure that research is being done as we speak. What do you think is going to be found?

The claimant is :

MUNICIPAL CREDIT UNION

Address: 22 CORTLANDT STREET

City: NEW YORK

State: New York

Claim Amount: 1367.65

I think it's an over draft I had with them , but I think it was only $500, Why is it $1367?

It means...If you were served, the paperwork in your possession reveals all the information necessary to prove, or deny, the legitimacy of this bunch. Valid physical address, working phone number, names of the owners, Attorneys name(s) & bar numbers, the jurisdiction in which you were served, docket numbers etc. You have it all, right there in front of you. On your summons. If you have a summons. Which we all seriously doubt. So prove me wrong! POST IT!

All of us here just love it when some dolt shows up & claims he's been served! To them one of us simply point out that if you've been served, you have all of the offending outfits information. Post it! Valid physical address, etc. You won't post a verifiable thing. And we'll all know why.....

NCR debt collectors threatening to subpoena you and asking to speak with your supervisor without saying what debt you may owe. Theres no creditor name just a bogus amount. Its an attempt to scam the consumer.
