I haven't been called by them, but I got a postcard in the mail with that phone number on it. It's from:

P.O. Box 131690
Tyler TX 75713-1690
And it says:
"PICKUP NOTICE
PACKAGE NUMBER: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
CALL (888) 237-4442 TO SCHEDULE PICKUP
Hours: M-F 9:AM-9PM (EST)
Sat 9:AM-5PM (EST)
SORRY WE MISSED YOU!!!"
Needless to say I have not been expecting any packages, nor will I be calling that number. :-)

I just received a postcard in the mail with the same info.
Hmm, you're going to send me a letter through the mail to tell me I missed a package? Smells fishy..
