These people keep calling us wanting updated information on our credit card...yeah right! We do not have service with XM radio. We got a new truck over a year and a half ago and I guess it came with one year free...we never used it. The woman who called sounded like she had marbles in her mouth and was hard to understand. Finally told her not to call back. This is like the 2nd or 3rd call in the past week.

Very annoying to have calls on your cell phone - particularly when you are on the National DO NOT CALL LIST - IDK who's calling but I don't owe anybody ANYTHING!!!

XMS Radio telemarketed/debt collector. Just started calling, never did business with this company. Never owned a vehicle or receiver with satellite radio. Don't know how they got my number. Must be time to renew my number for the Do not Call .gov.

repeated calls even after I explained that the phone number no longer belongs to whom they claim owes them for an overdue account

this sucks, XM continues to call for the women that had my number previously and when I did mange to speak to a operator they claimed I would not receive anymore calls for this women's over due account.  Cut her XM service, then she'll call, why keep her account active when she's overdue by $60.59!

An Indian sounding lady saying she was from Sirius XM called about renewing my service. I asked what vehicle she was talking about and then hung up. Her accent was very heavy.

Sirius XM Radio, calling for payment. I have a subscription, payment was due. However, I made the payment two days ago, my bank account still has pending, so I guess it takes them a few days to update their records....

Been getting calls twice a day,however no one is on the line.Started about two weeks ago. 2/5/14

just called me 3pm sunday. I told them to give me EIN# of radio or bug the f off. Explaining that if he cannot provide me that # then he must be full of "S" right? Habib hung up on me at that point!!!  aSK FOR YOU ein NEXT TIME THEY CALL YOU SEE IF THEY EVEN TRY TO PROVE LEGITIMACY!

The caller claims to be from Sirius XM. Women speaks with strong accent and told me that the debit card on file could not be charged. I know my account is current and told her I would update my account online. She told me that was not possible and that it needed to be taken care of right now. I strongly suspect that this is a scam.....do not give any personal information over the phone!

start getting these calls two or three times a day out of the blue. turns out that the one year subscription that I paid for in full at the beginning expired and they automatically renewed it and kept charging me. I totaled the car that had the radio almost a year ago and certainly had no idea that my sirius would renew. this company has extremely bad business practices. I was extremely angry especially when I couldn't undersand the people calling me and they just kept talking, reading from a script I guess, when I tried to ask question. I am no "hater" of people in other countries but this using non-english speakers for customer service is really out of hand. Also, although sirius had my phone number (obviously since they were calling me three  times a day) they never called me to ask if I wanted to renew. it was only when my debit card expired that they thought they'd get in touch.

I started receiving calls from this number after I renewed my service with SiriusXM.  I have no idea why they would keep calling as it was paid in full for the year two weeks ago.  I went online and through a "chat" person had my name removed from their call list.  It took all of about 2 minutes.

Jay? Bad advice. There are people scamming for money all the time. Most collection calls are false.


Best advice is to try and ignore calls like these...file complaint through BBB, FTC, etc. eventually calls will atop

Called me twice. Wanted me credit card info. from an old credit card that was hacked a long time ago. I renewed my xm 6 months ago.... and have not received anything in the mail or email. I have nothing on update on my car stating there is a problem.... don't give them info... it is a scam.... $179????? call the police and report it!!!!!

They have been calling me several times a day. Finally answered today. The first time they didn't say anything but the second time they called as soon as someone started to speak, I went off.  Blind calling me at 6:30 on a Saturday night.  Every time they tried to speak, I would cut them off. Told them not to call me and then when they wanted to transfer me I told him no.  I mentioned that it was just a scam and their number was all over the internet talking about it.  With each comment he made, I cursed more. Finally ask for his home phone number so I could call him.  He finally said "sorry for the inconvenience" and hung up.

TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND NO LONGER RECEIVE THESE CALLS:

If you have an iphone, you can touch the "info" icon beside the number as it appears on your missed/received calls screen (blue "i" with a circle around it on the right side of the screen).  Then scroll to the bottom and touch "block this caller".  

I don't know about other smartphones, but I know this works for the iphone.  I would think that other smartphones also have some type of similar option..??..

I NEVER GIVE OUT CREDIT CARD OVER PHONE, THEY WILL BILL ME WHEN THE TIME COMES, NOT BEFORE. JUST LIKE LAST YEAR. ALL THESE SCAMS,CALLING CENTERS, U CANT TRUST ANYONE.

They have called me for days. Won't stop calling even tho I said I renewed my account.
It's enough to make me want to discontinue my service.

We received a call on our cell phone today from 888-238-0796. The lady caller identified herself as being from Sirius XM Radio and said we owed $4 late fee after we canceled our service on our Nissan Altima. (We never had the service on our Nissan Altima.)

The caller asked for our credit card details, but we declined to give it.

She said our previous card on file no longer works. She said she must supply her with a new credit card number. We again declined to provide it.

She informed us that this would go against our credit rating.

Calls and doesn't say anything! Stop calling!! And what does this reporting do!!!

If you call a toll free number, the caller id block is useless.

If you recieved a new debit or different card gor them to do billing with. They will need your new number . No brainerr

I get them as well and I have never had it either!

I get calls from this number repeatedly, even though I have NEVER had XM Radio, EVER.

I have received numerous calls every day for two weeks.  This is harassment.

Glad I found this.  I have been ignoring the 5-10 calls a day that I have been receiving from that number for a month plus now.  Finally decided to search and found this thread.  Now I might answer just to see what the hell they are harassing me for.

I prepaid for a year service last November I decidedI did not want to continue service so when it expires I would just use my phone. Didn't know they would bug the hell out of me like I owe them money

I decided not to renew my service and now they call everyday. I'm not under any contract and if I decide to terminate service that is my choice.  I shouldn't be harassed over it.
