I owe them $157.51 for a misc fee and just rec'd an urgent robo call to contact them asap. I'm current on my mortgage. This company harasses their customers.  Report them to the BBB and the FTC.  Hold them accountable.  I have been a Realtor 30 years and this company is the worst.  Take your loan modifications to a different company so you don't have to deal with them and their nasty attitudes.  They have been the loan servicer on my account for years and just received a letter they actually bought my loan. They might own yours as well.  I'm either refinancing or selling my property as want nothing to do with them.  

They call you 4 times a day and act like there is something important changing about your account.  The real reason is your a day late with payment BUT my loan is set to have a grace period of 16 days.  They harass and use your air time on the phone to annoy the hell out of you even though they get a payment each month.

Yes it is Bayview Home Loans Services. They took over my account after I filled for divorce and they are a very unorganized company.  It seems to me that they have way to many different departments that do communicate with each other at all. They have been working on a loan modification for me for several months. Actually in November it will have been a year. Beware if you have the unfortunate opportunity to try and work with them.
