Well don't blame it on the collectors because they are trained to behave in such manners, I know from personal experience (within the company) and this company isn't completely forthright, in fact I'm surprised they're still in business after all the lying they do. However, its true if you pay your bills and have nothing to hide you shouldn't be complaining...

ICS isn't desperate for money.  The original creditor is!!!!!!!  If you sign your name, plan on paying if the loan defaults.  The only FRAUD with the entire collection industry is the people who borrow money and don't pay it back.

Did you get an attorney?  What did he say?  Did you provide proof to him that you had been called hundreds of times?  Just and FYI for you, ICS doesn't have an automated system.  Get your facts straight before you start accusing.

I wish you would learn how to spell and use correct grammar.  It would make your arguments much more plausible.  There are many online dictionaries you can reference.

The laws are in writing - plain English in fact.  Just Google it and you will find them.  It's not a fact of having anything in writing.  The problem is people not wanting to own up to their responsibilities.  Everyone falls on hard times, even those "BAD" people calling trying to collect on deliquencies for the creditors.  Just in case you don't realize this, the more bad debts everyone in this country incurs, the more we ALL have to pay. The laws are there to protect consumers, not to find every loophole that exists to get out of legitimate debts.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.........Maybe you should do your research.  There are no suits against this company in any states from any attorney general's office.  ANYONE can go to ANY ag website and file a complaint against ANY COMPANY.  The ag is there for consumer protection and they are obligated to investigate ALL complaints that they receive.  I guess your ignorance is bliss!!!!!

Got a call on my WORK phone from a "Dan Fishman" telling me that he really was looking forward to speaking with me, you know, in that smarta%s tone.  I really don't appreciate these people calling my work line.  This isn't the first time I've gotten a call from these people.  Usually a different number and always a different name but never do the say why they a calling......!  I've gotten in a habit of Googling any phone number that I don't recognize, I recommend others to do the same.  You'd be surprised who's trying to call you!

I.C.S is DEBT COLLECTIONS!!!! If you pay your bills you probably would not get a call from them!!!

I also got a call from tori curtis.  It was regarding a debt I didnt realize I ws included in .  She helped me to resolve this issue by providing me with the paperwork to file fraud on ex husband.  Many times helped me in ways police would not help me with. Thanks tori!

These people called me said that they had permission to call  me and they were looking for my Son and they said they couldn't tell me anything , just that if he called he would be glad he did and that they had some money owing to him.  I wouldn't give them any info so they gave me this number and her name was Tori Curtis from ICS .  We look up the number and it was a lie  what she said.  So be careful and I don't know how they got my number because it is my cell phone and a new number .  I know they go on facebook and all the other things like that to find you or family with info on that.  So be sure your pages you go on our set right were no one can see your info with out asking .  Good luck!!

Just rec'd a call from 719-473-4671, someone by the name of Peter G. He asked to speak to someone with the name of my ex-wife of 13 years and lives 2000 miles away.  When i asked how he got my number, he replied "this is the number she gave us".  He then asked for her number and of course i said NO.  I took his info and said ill pass it on.  Thankfully i read these posts afterwards, before i passed the info along.

I called them politely to let them know  I am not the person they were asking for and they said to me "Liar, you have a debt here from blah blah and you need to pay this immediately before we take action on your house and personal assets" I said excuse me SIR, first off I am calling you to let you know I am not the person you are requesting, and that I have only had my phone number from ATT for 2 months. I suggest since you are so smart, ask ATT who this phone is registered to.
They would not accept this.They continue to call me asking for this person including leaving voice messages which in my opinion is against the law to reveal persons personal issues. If i knew who the person is that they are trying to contact I would surely let them know they are revealing to me about his personal information so they could sue the pants off them!!
This company is stupid along with the people working for them. I am filing a complaint on them and everybody else should too. Save your voice messages, you maybe able to take them to court, I am looking into tomorrow morning

These people called me. I called back not knowing.  When they ansered and said ICS, I said sorry wrong number.  They say, yeah right and hung up! This isn't very professional at all!!!!

How did they get me work number?  I work for a government agency! My number is not listed at home or anywhere else!  BEWARE!!!

Got a call from this number a John Williams. I wasn't home left family member it they discovered something of great importance. They called at 9:23pm which is after legitimate time for any business to call. So we started to try to locate info on them.

i was left a voice meesage on my phone from this number it was a lady named linda with some good news so when i called back she said i got aloan for a new car i just had to pick outthe car and give them all my information like bank account ss number and address so dont answerit its a scam

I just received a call from this #.  When I called it back, the person that answered was very professional.  I asked them to take my # out of their system and they did.  I have a new cell number and I am guessing that the person that had the same number before owed many people because I get tons of calls, not just from this company.  It always amazes me how upset people get.  I have found that if you are generally decent, you will get the same treatment.  I have never been in collections but I realize that collection companies only exist because people don't pay their bills.  Don't be mad at the collectors calling you, be mad at the people who don't pay their bills.  If I ever get someone rude on the phone, I call the company back and ask for a supervisor.

It seems really strange that when ICS responds, it's always in CAPS.  Even when they say that ICS helped them out.  Yeah, right.  They are a bunch of scam artists trying to get their hands on other people's money.  They will stoop to the lowest of low to do what they can to collect their commission.  They don't scare me.  They're tactics are downright disgusting and should be put out of business.
