I just got 2 call from 888-241-2195-11/8/17 They immediately put me on hold and hang up. I cancelled my 2 yr forward contract starting Dec. 1, 2017 yesterday- Why because Rickie said something derogatory like I was a woman and a Vanessa also from Dish asked me if I was a man or woman. Vanessa called if I wanted to add back for a price sec and big 10 sports channels. Hell they retaliated by removing these channels in the first place--they were free in my package. Vanessa said my new package would be $85/ month up from $60/month. I will sue them through CA Attorney General's Office.

I keep getting calls from 888-241-2195, when I ask whose calling they hang up

last 2 days they've called 3 times a day..never say a word & hang up...I'd like to kick their stupid a**!!!

We just cancelled our service with DISH and now all of the sudden, we are receiving calls almost every hour on the hour from this number (888-241-2195).  Now that I've learned it's DISH I'm furious.  I'm also on the do not call list.  Any help or advice regarding getting these calls to stop would be appreciated.

I just got a call from this number. When I answered all I heard was a clicking sound. So I hit the call back button and the recording said "Thanks for calling Dish Network' then select either 1 or 2. Eventually a message saying it was from Dish Sales and Marketing.

They aren't Dish Network, when i call them back they ask me my number again. They are B . S.

Cancelled my Dish yesterday, now all of a sudden I get calls from this number.  No message left.

I just cancelled DISH service.
If what described in other message is correct, Dish sales tried to sell with old number in the account.
Direct TV does the same trick.

They must be psychic, lol.  I started getting these calls about 2 days before I cancelled my service with them.  I couldn't see paying all that money when most of the shows on are about rednecks.  It's bad enough I have to live around folk like this, I damn sure don't need to waste money watching it on tv.  I'm still getting the calls, and so far I haven't missed the tv machine at all. Most of the shows I enjoyed are shown online the next day.  I can wait a day for free.  It has also allowed me to get back in the habit of reading.   I'd say that is a win-win.  Btw, the caller ID doesn't show a company name so I never answer it.  I found out it was Dish Network, by calling the number back.

Dish network phoning wanting to upgrade our equipment for free since we've been with them for ten years.  There was a real person on the line when I picked up.

The just called me and didn't leave a message. it could be Dish Network, because I just cancelled their service.

This #  IS Dish Network, no doubt. Dish network ripped me off for my last month of service after 11 years with them. After dropping the AMC channels in June,  they still charged the same amout as if the channels were still active. As far as i'm concerned, they broke the contract and I'M NOT PAYING THEM!!!   I'm now with Charter and loving it! If you DO end up talking to them, tell them Skipzilla sent you!!!

Just got a hangup call from this number.

cancelled Dish service and received two calls from this number within 24 hours of doing so.  No message.  Thankfully I only gave them my Google Voice number so can just block them.

This number called tonight.  They told my daughter there were from Dish TV and were checking on a problem we were having with our service.  We aren't having any problem, other than the crappy reception every time it rains.  I suppose it is because we cut back a tier a few days ago and they are trying to get us to increase what we pay them.  They are too expensive.  I can't wait until my contract is done so I can get rid of them.

No message left on recorder

We have dish, we have had dish for over 8 years and owe them nothing and pay them monthly as we have for 8 years. They have called us multiple times and next time I will answer and ask them what they want. If they even hint at us owing them anything I will report them to the BBB with a copy of our PAID monthly bill and also report them to the Attorney General if needed. Called the number back and yes it answers "Thank you for calling Dish Network" ....... talk about irritating as it's 8:30 at night!

These jerks keep calling here trying to get us to be Dish customers. WE ALREADY ARE you dumb idiots. I keep telling them, and they keep calling.  If we had not PURCHASED all our own equipment years ago, we'd change to someone else. If they keep this up, we may any way.

YES, it does link back to Dish network.. I just called the number and got a recording... "thank you for calling Dish Network".. I finally got customer service and told the rep. to delete my number..

I am tired of these calls from whoever decides to dial my number and then HANG UP.   I am on the National Do Not Call List but that does not stop them.   All  I see is CNAM Unknown as the company calling me.

It's Dish Network.  I finally called then to find out what was the problem, they told me they would up-date my account to include no more calls.  What they really wanted was for me to take advantage of their Starz promotion, which they tried to slip in at the end of the conversation, but I told them not add any thing to my bill, period.  They said they wouldn't, we will see.

I cancelled Dish yesterday after 12 years. Guess I did not expect to start getting the harassing calls that I used to hear my old customers complain to me about when I worked for the company..Well they are right..I started receiving the calls last night dead air and they are continuing today..I guess I might as well start the paper work to file a complaint with the BBB.  I did not quit the company for nothing to go back to school. They were a horror to work for and a horror of a company to have service through.

If you call the number back it states it is Dish Network and it will not let you talk to a person, it wants you to either select to restart your service or pay a final bill. I have no desire to restart my service or I have no final bill. So they have no need to call me.

I wish these calls would stop. No one on the line when you get to it.

I'm getting real tired of these jokers calling every day. They don't leave a message and I don't answer the phone when I don't know who it is.

I got a call from this number last night, 8:30 EST.  Didn't answer (watching Survivor) and let it go to voice mail.  VERY weird message.  Male voice that was semi disguised says "...This is the Loch Ness monster (pause) What the f@%k is this all about (longer pause) Don't give up your day job..."

I plan to call number back today from another phone.

If this number is DISH network, what idiot presumed we would be interested in nuisance calls we are paying for.  DOM!!

Aviod Dish Network at all cost. I never ordered Video on Demand (VOD) in my life and suddenly I got billed for 12 in one month. They said said i ORDERED WITH MY REMOTE CONTROL. That is Bull Sh**. I work at home with an office by the 1 LCD TV we have in the house. I would know if someone was ordering Video On Demand. These Mother Fu**** wants to take you to the bank, even if your a good paying customer. I had 2 1/2 months left on my contract, I said hell yeah pay the early termination fee its cheaper then getting SCAM by these MoFos.

It's Dish Network.....I just called it back and it said so. Very annoying and if they don't stop, I am going to leave them.
