Just about everything posted here is true.  Did my own search as well.  Definitely running a scam shop out of that e-cig store.  The information I found said he lives on 6th street in North Tonawanda, NY I believe.

Do not give these people money.  They are collecting out of the statute of limitations.  Contact your attorney immediately.  The Feds have been raiding shops like this recently so let's hope they're shut down for good.  They also recently changed their name & number which I need to find out.  As soon as I know that information I will post it.

Got a call from an Emma Thompson, message saying she will have the local authorities come to my place of business or my resident with legal paper for me. I should call 888-241-5351 to resolve the matter.  Such a scam if I didn't see one, come on people get a life a real one!!

tey did the same thing to me stating that I owe them of (PROVIDIAN BANK ) over 2000.00 since 1999 and the last payment they received was on 2006, ( I never have an account with providian) they also told me that I have 48 hours to get out of my house before they come to my house and serve me papers his name is RON KING he did scare me at the begining since this message was in my voice mail so I call them and they did gave me my social security, he did started screaming at me to pay, i toold him I never had a account and he treat me againd then I did a researsearch and found you guys complaints so I called again and used a docket number from one of you guys on the previous messages and they gave me your information addreess and social security, I wan you guys to realized how important it is to report this people since they have our personal information and they can harm us really bad, I talked to my lawyer in regard of this treath and his advise and my advice I am going to give everyone is to contact FBI at ic3.gov and report them we need to stop this scammers to keer scaring people like that,  also my lawyer advised me to report them to FTC (Federal Trade Commition) if we all do this ... we can make the difference, and STOP them and better to caugth them, I had a case like this before and i got a lawyer he did charge anything until she win 1,000.00 for me, and I didnt do anything they took care of all the paper work, if you are interested her number is 855-301-2100 her name is Tammy Hussin Managing Attorney at Lemberg Law.

My husband keeps getting calls on his cell that are for me. A man named David Tennon said that i have 48 hrs. to respond to his call or he is comming with local athorities to arrest me, he said that if i have dogs or weapons that i need to lock them up and meet them outside. I am a senior citizen in ill health and i dont need this. I called the number back and gave the girl the case number only and asked to speak to David, she said he was out of the office but she would help me. I told her exactly what he said to me and told her to tell David that i have "Big Dogs" and "Big Guns" so come on over. Now i am waiting to see if he calls again, i may be old but i'm not stupid!!

I have been getting blocked calls for about a week or so with no voice mail left until today.  Lady said she was Emma Thompson and that she was a private courier and had legal documents that were already delivered to my residence once and that she will be coming with someone from my local authorities this time and if I want to avoid that to call 888-241-5351.  She used my married name which I have not gone by since 2004.  I did not bother calling number back after reading all of these posts so thanks everyone for writing about this scam.  I have thought about calling back though as I live in a very small town and know all of the 6 police officers in my town but sounds like a waste of time.  Loved the posts from the people who messed with these people.  What can we do about calls like this?

Two years ago I received a call from a similar scam. They claimed they were trying to collect a debt. They claimed I had an unpaid payday loan from a company in California. I took out several payday loans from a company in California several years ago. I always paid them, and they always loaned to me. Once they made a mistake and doubled my loan amount, and briefly it was on their books as an unpaid loan. I was able to prove to them that I paid the debt, and no problem. They loaned to me a few times after that, and then I stopped using their service. Then they went out of business, and local sharks bought their books. In the state where these sharks operate, they can get arrest warrants if you fail to appear for a civil complaint. Regardless if their claim is valid or not, they can get a corrupt judge to set bail for the amount of your debt+court costs. The feds shut down this scam the last time they tried it, so if you get some info on these crooks, post it here and everyone make a complaint to the feds. The scam artists and their corrupt judge need to be put away. Peace.

What a SCAM,

I received a call for this joker.  When I answered he actually started into his standard "message" for a voice mail.  When I asked who was he was trying to serve me with papers for,  he told me that it was a pay-day loan outfit.
When I told him that I have never taken a payday loan in my life he called me a liar and threatened to show up at my office with the police. I replied that we could meet at my attorney's office at 4pm the same day. He hung up.

First: Anyone serving papers would not call to let you know they are coming. They want the benefit of surprise.
Second: Never give anyone your SS number. If they were legit they would already have it. IT CAN NOT be used for ID verification.

I have had some one call a friend of mine from this number and has intimidated her. The division in which he stated that he was from was a department of fraud services in the DOJ ( Department of Justice) a United States branch of he federal government.vwhen I looked it up it was a place. In Illinois. The text from my friend states

also, I just looked them up on spokeo and they are registered as telemarketers and are a scam....

I got a call from David Mascato too. He said all the same stuff to me that everyone else has heard...legal matter, summons, law enforcement.....First off, a process server does not warn you when they are coming...they want to be able to surprise you...second, her never showed up like he said he would, and I was home.....Now he calls me again today and leaves the the exact same message....in reading others comments, if this IS a debt collector they are in violation of the FDCPA and can be sued for $1000.00 for each violation......IF anyone could ever find out who they are and where they are located......

Got a call from an Adam Richards saying he was serving me papers this Friday from3-5.  Got the call on Tues. which was my 67th b-day.  It had to do with a loan from Mo Money 5 years ago.  Never heard of them.  Said the money was put into my  my M&T bank account which I havent had for at least 6 or 7 years.  Scared me to death.  Now I will wait and see what happens. tomorrow

my wife got a call from a supposed Emma Thompson who claimed to be a process server....she told us to call 888-241-5351 with docket 4415....they then tried to get information from us for  access to financial things...this is one huge scam so be careful....the supposed lawyer hung up on us....figures...

These criminals just scared an 81-year-old woman with their tactics.  Told her that to call them back on the 888-241-5351 number; threatened to come to her house or her job and serve papers.  She says they knew her social, but I'm worried they gave her part and conned her into giving rest, so I told her to call the police, notify her bank, and ask her bank about notifying the 3 credit bureaus as a precaution.  Most likely this outfit is overseas, so law enforcement won't be able to do anything.

I myself received a phone call and a voice mail this morning in regards to this company that i need to call them back or they wlll serve me with paper work. For starters I have a 24 hour security department at my complex that logs people in and out when they come onto our complex so for starters it's bs. Second of all if it is a real debt that is owed under federal laws in conjunction with the Federal Credit Bureau Act Law, a company has only so many years to file against you to claim such monies owed to them. In accordance with federal law and most state laws a company can only come after you within 7 years to file any legal actions against you in either federal or state court. By them continuing to contact or trying to get monies after the allotted time frame they are in both state and feral violations and fines against them can be very steep. I myself personally will not call them back let them come to my home or work address it's a reason for me to call an attorney and file a law suit against their company for failure to comply with both state and federal laws we'll see who gets their money fast most likely me

I got the same call from this David Richards ( a nom de plume I'm sure). He said if I didn't pay this particular debt, he would come to my house with a police officer. I asked him if that would be a "UNIFORMED" officer as I LOVE men in uniform. I then asked him when I could expect their visit so that I could be ready, I told him that I liked to play dress-up and I've been dying for an opportunity to wear my newly acquired "Little French Maid outfit. Then without taking a breath I asked if he and his officer friend were into domination as I tend to be very submissive and nothing turns me on more than a couple, or a "Few Good Men" taking charge and having their way with me. He finally hung up and hasn't bothered me since. Lol

Yeah, I got a call from these clowns too. Personally, I love getting these calls. I f*** with these people unmercifully. I called them back and spoke with a David Teese. He tried the same BS scare tactic with me. He said it was regarding an unpaid payday loan. Then he started with the "I'll be at your house with law enforcement"
I told him, "Well, now it all makes sense" , he asked "What makes sense?" I then told him that I had been to a psychic a couple weeks ago and she told me that someone in my family, possibly me, was going to be arrested for a double-homicide in the very near future. I then closed our conversation with, "Well, I guess I'll be seeing you guys soon, but don't come tomorrow as I have an appointment with my Mental Health Care Provider", then I hung up. That was about 3 weeks ago, I haven't heard from them since.

Oh and this guy wouldn't even give me his name......He wanted a bunch of answers from ME but when I asked questions, I got NO answers.

They just called my JOB and said my name was given as a reference for my boyfriend and to have HIM call them back at 888-241-5351. If I was the reference, why are they asking for HIM to call them back. Then when he gave me the phone number he made me read it back to him "to make sure I got it right".  At first I thought it was for a job reference and then he started telling me that my boyfriend had some "legal matter". So why are you calling ME and not HIM? It's a total scam.  He started asking me all these questions about my boyfriend and I didn't answer one thing and when I asked where he was calling from he wouldn't tell me; all he would say was "this is a legal matter".  Yeah, ok. whatever buddy. I'm so glad they have these websites to go on and look up these numbers to see what these SCAM ARTISTS are up to.

Warning!!!.... Do not give any information to a company claiming to be ILS. or (Internal litigation services)This is a scam to get you to pay money to them for some debt that you may or may not owe. They threaten to meet you at your residence or employment with authority's to get you and sign off on something or another in order get money your SS number they mask their calls as restricted or Google's id number of 760-705-8888. They then ask you to call a 1-888-241-5351. The number is owned by a global communication co. called Level 3. They said they own this number but the company using this number is registered to is not ILS. Which is a fictitious scam. There is no company named ILS or Internal litigation services. Do not tell these people anything. Lucky enough I'm not that stupid to begin with. I told them come on over with the authorities as I will have mine waiting when they arrive . They may have some personnel information about you or someone else you know and make it sound legit at first. The person they are calling me about is someone who lost there cell and wallet about a month ago. They may have part of your ss number and make you try and verify it with them. They may also have information of some creditors as well and try and get you to settle on some loans or etc.

i called them back and said thanks for locating my inventory   I have been awaiting my helicopters parts .. Make sure to hurry on over with it so I can sign off on it.

I received a phone call from a number 760705888 stating they were going to deliver papers to me on Friday afternoon between 2-5 and if he should come to my place of employment or my home address.  He said that I was being sued to call the number 8882415351.  I called and spoke with someone by the name of Ron ext 1013 and gave case# 4888.  I believe I gave him my social :(.  I told me I had a $2900.00 balance with Capital One back from 2001-2002 but wanted to give me a chance to get the balance back down to $1715.00.   He said that I was breach of contract.  I asked for the number to Capital One but he said he didn't have it or anything other information to give me.  I contacted Capital One (because I do have an account with them), and asked them about this account.  They had no record of this.  I was freaking out about this.  Its ridiculous!  I will be calling and reporting them to the local police.

Received two calls from this 888-241-5351 number. Stated the same thing. Was a process server I needed to sign some papers. Was out to my house already,he will bring law enforcement,etc.etc. His name was David Black. Last time I cant remember what the name was. I saved the voicemail, and actually looked up the number they called from. The 2nd time they called, they blocked it,the first time they called was out of Mass.

This Adam Richards call me also and said the same thing like a recording, this scared me for a second untill i remember that ive never taken any loan out on the date he said. Now that i see alot of people posting this SCAM that these fake people are doing. i hope people out there dont fall in to this.

I received calls from a company called ILS about 8 months ago. Now they are calling, one by one, all the senior citizens in the elderly apartment complex where I live. A Mr. Dan Smith tells them he has a warrant and will come to my apartment or place of work to serve it with local police. I don't know what to do, or who to contact about this SCAM. I'm close to having a nervous breakdown.

Same thing happened to me! a process server called me, left a message saying to call back 888-241-5351 otherwise the police will come to my house or place of work for my signature. Ugh! This is obvious b***s***. These people will go to any length to get your money. Anyway, I called back and left a message to just stop calling that I wasn't paying a dime, we'll see if they call back. Either way, it's BS don't fall for it!

I just received a call also from this number stating that they had legal documentation that I needed to sign.  They called restricted about 8 times and finally left a message stating that I needed to call 1-888-241-5351 concerning legal documentation.  They also stated that they would come to my house or job within 48 hours to serve the documentation that I need to sign.  I finally called back and asked what it was about and the guy Gregory Ross stated that I got a household credit card in 2004.  The person who left the message was David B. a process server.  When I stated that I didn't know anything about that then he stated that it was a Mastercard.  I then stated that all they could do was place this on my credit report and he stated well good luck in court then and hung up.  The number was for ILS also.
