I've also received Roberts and Roth calls from Tom Graham.  It's alarming, as he reports he is from the "legal department from Roberts and Roth" and wants his call returned with no further explanation.  It's a little (a lot) unnerving until you do a little internet research and find out they are a debt collection firm.  As I am sure I do not have outstanding debts, it can be safely assumed it is a solicitation for their business.  I have not called back, and nobody has come beating at my door.

YOUR only going by what Ms. Hungington Learning Center said because boeth have the name screwed up the same.  That old say mizery love company.

    My Client contacted me and informed me of your behavior on the Internet.   Make no mistake about it; we are the best at what we do.  I know you were under the impression that you could post lies on the Internet and not be tracked.   So without disclosing deification and let you know our investigation team found you.  Ms. Huntington Learning Center.   You are supposed to be a professional, but yet you?re all over the Internet displaying inappropriate behavior.  You personally were not being contacted; Huntington Learning Center was about a business matter.  Why is this?  Again are you upset because you owe money and a collection agency calls you?

The same as you!  That's the best you can come up with?  How about stop being a child about thing cause you didn't get your way about something.   Just back up your BS or shut the F up!  It's that easy!

How much do you get paid to push this crap onto the internet?

This really is a legal company, the attorney on staff is Robert Bird.  I know this to be a fact cause I do business with the on my account recievables.  Mr. Bird also handles all the legal issue that come with my accounts.  Also above statement a distored, her name is Patricia Ward.  NOT Roy.  They will only take to owners, I had same issue were my employee told me one story about the phone conversation. Then whan I listen to it, it was my employee who I thought was out of line.  She ask for the owner, was told unvailable, instead of just take message my employee decided she was gonna work it out with Ms. Johnson.   I have a professional office I expect my employee to act as such..   It is true they will only talk to owner as to why they are call..  I ask why didn't she just tell employee this info.  Her response if you stop and think about it, from a business stand point.  I would not wnt poeple tell my employee they were call to talk to me about collections.  Cause just like above, people can't even get names right.  People hear what they want and do your emplyee to misunderstand and run around telling people your in collections.   Flip side is I called back and I am happy with the agency there are great to deal with.

received a call from these people June 16, 2011, to my job.  I returned their call, they do not want to disclose who they are when you ask this Patricia Roy some questions as to her identity she becomes irate and hangs up on you. unwilling to identify what type of service she is. She makes the initial call to you then becomes avasive.  Beware, if you receive calls like this.

Patrick where are you located?  This company has been calling me for a few weeks.  Just curious as to home many bbb to report this company to.

This is a definite scam, so everyone beware! I am reporting this company for illicit sales tactics!
My business received several harrassing calls from a "Tom Brown" and a "Patricia Roy" who did not have my name but asked to speak to the "Owner". They spoke to my employees several times and stated they were from the legal department of "Roberts and Ross calling about a debt collection" . (implying its an official legal firm collecting a debt) After attempting to call back this number several times and being told to call back later, the person (Patricia Roy) was not available. I finally reached this Patricia person who then said they are a debt collections company and would like to offer their services and collect debts for me!!! I am sure there is something illegal going on here, they are very shady with the made up generic names and the fact they had to trick me into calling them back only to sell me something! I am sure this is not at all on the up and up. I would bet the scam goes even further if you fall for it. Report this number to the better business bureau and the attorney general if you receive any calls from them.  

On a side note if you google Roberts and Ross legal department or anything resembling this, it does not exist!!
