OMG these people are horrible!  I had a very similar experience, the BBB has given these guys an F Rating for the following reasons:

# BBB concerns with the industry in which this business operates.
# Number of complaints filed against business.
# Failure to respond to complaints filed against business.
# Number of complaints filed against business that were not resolved.
# Government action(s) against business.

I put in a complaint as well, you should too!

Gemzzz, your on crack with this statement: "we only have ourselves to blame- they DO tell us and warn us- we just don't bother to check this! What they do is not even illegal as EVERYTHING is backed up in their terms...I think people should give these guys a break!"

I called them the first day and they wouldn't let me cancel my order.  They stated they can't retrieve my order from a database for at least another 24 hours (this is BS used to thwart you from calling them)I checked the BBB and found they are a scam.  It was advertised as a google kit, not a subscription.  And just because they hide their true intentions in a tiny link to try to make it legal, does not make it ethical.

Also after I was finally able to cancel my order with them, I was still charged 1.99.  I called them to reverse the charges, they told me this was a non refundable processing fee.  NOT ACCEPTABLE.

And FYI GEMZZZ, as you are obviously damage control from this company, nowhere in your terms and conditions does it state you are charged a processing fee that is non refundable, and that is why there are getting so many chargebacks.

Here are links to just a few of the many company's they have setup to scam people out of their money:

Blazingkeywords.com
Benefit Member Pro
Financialgrant.com
Fresh Keyword Ideas
Grant Spring
Powersellersguide.com

No reputable company would have to hide their charges in a link that they know 99.9% of the people will not look at.

The cat is out of the bag on these guys, fly by night scam company will cause quite a few more people to join the unemployment line.

This is what the dog has to say about these guys:

It IS actually a genuine service they give you BUT what people don't read is the small print which DOES advice people that each month after the free month trial is billed at $79.99 and also a further anout of $24.99 for another compamny called Grant Springs...I cancelled it via email immediately on the day as obviously CAN'T afford to pay this per month....I had read people said they hadn't cancelled etc and they were awful to deal with- I DISAGREE!!! I phoned them to confirm they had definately cancelled it (you have to wait two days to cancel via phone otherwise it hasn't even reached their system!)and it HAD! although they were a little hard to understand (called from UK to USA and obviously some were mexican and a little difficult to understand) BUT they were VERY helpful and friendly! In my email I did state I had kept copies of the emails and if they didn't cancel and billed me then I would dispute it with my bank (banks WILL get your money back if you have evidence of cancellation - IE a cancellation number OR printed copies of letters sent etc)I think this forced them to cancel it as they do NOT like having to do chargebacks for customers!! When on the phone to them they also gave me the cancellation number that had been used...all in all
READ THE SMALL PRINT FIRST! we only have ourselves to blame- they DO tell us and warn us- we just don't bother to check this! What they do is not even illegal as EVERYTHING is backed up in their terms...I think people should give these guys a break! Mine is sorted now and if you guys email cancellations and phone them through they can't get any money off you! Banks will only not get it back if you willing didn't cancel!

Telemarketer
It is a scam website for some Easy Google Profit kit / Google Treasure Chest Kit.

Both addresses (Springville and Orem)are for a private mail collection firm, not a physical address for the company. Consumers may want to find out where the company is really located before they do business with the company.

The BBB has received other complaints

Other  complaints - This refers to complaints from individuals or businesses that do not fall under a specific category.
on "companies" using the same mail collection firm in Orem, the same box #621. Those companies have separate reports, which can be accessed through www.bbb.org: Blazingkeywords.com, Benefit Member Pro, Financialgrant.com, Fresh Keyword Ideas, Grant Spring, and Powersellersguide.com. The BBB does not know how these companies are related, other than the use of the same mail drop.
