This number called stating I'm being served and it is from a check they said in 2005 that I know was taken care of....this has been 8 years ago and they asked me for paperwork...of course I have no idea where it is at after 8 years...told me I would have to go to court etc and they were going to get me for fraud...really...they would not give me a name of the business or a location or address just told me I better show up in court but I have got nothing with a court day to show when where at etc...even pulled up sc courts.org and made sure I did not have a pending case awaiting trial....is this for real or fraud????!!!!

This has also been happening to me----except they are only calling my Moms house leaving these messages. I have not lived at home in over 15 years. I am married w/3 children. How did you file the complaint with the FDC.

They call your place of employment stating they have a claim for you, but will not disclose any information about the claim.  Instead, they give you this toll free number 888-247-7953 with a claim# and tell you to call for more information.  They did this before from a different number and then stopped when I informed them that charges would be placed against them.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

They are doing the ame thing to me.. i am pressing charges

This number keeps calling my place of employment not requesting to speak to.me but instead ask to speak with my boss then proceeds to tell my boss that they are calling regarding charges being filed agsinst me. They call 4 times a 3 times a day telling anyone answering the phone the  and always saying there are charhes being filed against me. Now my employers and coworkers are viewing me as a criminal and asking what crime did i commit
