This website has helped my dad and I a lot. He was scared to death to receive a phone call to something he was confused about. Thank you so much everyone for posting this. This really makes a lot of sense and has relieved my father and I. I wish there was a way to resolve these people from fooling like people from us.

Thank you for letting me know about this. It is unfortunate though that I already paid them. I consulted a lawyer and they said we have a case. On the bright side, I'm going to be able to see who these people are. I paid them $3k that they took out from my account the same day. I have papertrails against them too so I'm set on pursuing these people for the lies and harassment. If you get calls feom this number, report it to the authorities and do not be hypnotized.

This is a total scam!  Do not pay!  I women named "Ashley Wright" left messages on my work and cell #. She threatend that a process server was going to show up on my door and if they can't serve me I will be arrested.  When I call this # back I spoke to a Belinda Sims who said I owed $3000 from a old credit card and that they have a civil law suit against me.  If I pay $1000 today than the suit will be dropped.  I asked her to fax me something in writing and something didn't seem right. She wouldn't accept a cashier check and only wanted money today from a pre-paid debit card.   Do not pay these people.  I am filing a complaint today with the police.  These people need to be stopped!

I received calls from this number and i have recorded them every single time. I have tracked the phone number's origin. They buy phone numbers so they can conceal their main line. Joke's on them coz no matter how you block your number, my Sony phone will atill show the 760 number used.They also block off their numbers so you can call a number they give. It's their modus operandi. They scare you through their dirty tactics so you give them money. They use aliases, too, based on the investigation I have done. This Sarah O. Marley is in big trouble for allowing herself to be an accessory to a federal crime.Have filed a formal complaint against this 'company' based in Oceanside,California. One of these days, they will be getting a surprise visit from me and my friends. Should be a lot of fun. They are now under surveillance. So take it from me, don't let them scare you 'coz their company is full of b***s***. Pretty soon they will be out of business. Be vigilant!

I was left a voice mail message telling me to call "Ashley," the last name was not clear.  She stated that I needed to call her back within a few hours or a summons would be issued for failure to cooperate and the police would be appearing at my door to arrest me.  She gave me this case #47925.  When I called the number back a male answered, but did not identify his self or the company he worked for, asking what it was in reference to.  I gave the case number left in the message.  Next a female came on the line, I gave her the case number again and she tried to verify who she was talking to, but I refused to verify who I was, I said you called my number and I was calling to see what this was about, she kept telling me she had to first verify who I was before she could give out any other info.  I repeatedly asked her what it was in reference to without verifying who I was. The last time I told her this she smirked, saying "mam I don't have time for games, this is serious, I'll just be issuing a summons to have the police pick you up.  Then she hung up. Perhaps the scam is put into effect by the person saying "yes" by verifying who they are.  I never verified who I was, but I gained the sense that she needed me to actually say "yes" to who I was.
