The guy left a message saying his name was Investigator Paul Angelo representing law firm Frank Falzon.  said reference online fraud application investigation.

I called the number back and they claimed to be a law firm, specifically Frank Falzone, hired by a Mr. Rice (?) and were calling for another individual who lived with me previously and asked questions about whether this person has been on parole or in jail recently or had been known to be involved in wire fraud(!)

They called once and left a message, my mother called them back to tell them I no longer live with my parents, and when they said what law firm they were with she could not understand, so she asked them to repeat it after they asked questions about me being convicted of a felony and stuff.  She asked why they would be asking that and what kind of law suit or thing was this, they then just mumbled something and hung up the phone.

Inspector Simpson called me from this number and told me to call back to avoid further legal action. I called back and left a message, but the office was closed for the day.

Someone from this number called my parents, my in-laws and even my brother in law.  I have no idea what they want, I tried to call and they were extremely rude and hung up on me.  I think it must be some sort of scam.

Got a call from a (716) number but they left this as the return number. Definitely a scam.

Same as everyone else has said- a Todd Simpson called & left a voicemail, saying he was with Attorney Frank Falzone. The area code is a NY # (I live in MN)and they give (888)248-1462 as a callback #. They asked for my mom. I have an out of state cell. How would they get this information?

This place called my father saying they were looking for me about a case. It was a case of cease and desist. No further information was provided. I have not received a call back since then. Looks a bit like a phishing scam.

My mom received a call from Frank Herzburger and he claims to be a Senior Partner with Frank Falzone, Law Firm in NY.  He called fr 716-558-7626 and a return call to 888-248-1462.  I did a reverse lookup of the 716 ph# and found that it is unlisted.

I received a call from "Atty Frank Falzone's office" regarding my daughter.  They had her social security number and my phone number and address.  They also called my son and knew his home address, as well.

The guy talked so fast we couldn't understand what he said.  When we called the number from a different line, the guy was extremely rude, would not spell the name of the firm nor give it's location.  This appears to be some kind of hoax.  The name they say sounds Fell-Zone.

I haven't received a msg from this number. I have the number on an iwireless $5 airtime card. It should be a number for their customer service department. I just called the number @ 9:21 a.m. Feb. 18, 2011 and got the automated voice prompts to enter my number for adding airtime minutes. I don't know what is going on with this number, but I don't get any recognition of the number I key to add airtime minutes for. It was sending me into a system to wait on a Customer Service Representative after the initial attempt to add airtime

I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE SAME PHONE CALLS FROM A GUY NAMED COREY FROM FALZONE LAWS. I AM SO TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN SCAMMED TWICE. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR THEM TO QUIT DOING THIS TO ME.

They faxed, not mailed, faxed a letter with the wrong employer name (for me) and looking to probably harsh my earnings.

Got a call from 9136744190 and a guy left a message stating he was from some law office, I could not understand what he said. He asked me to call a Mr. Washington at 8882481462 regarding my ssn being used in an online fraud case they had going. I called the number and got no answer. Left a message asking what the call I recieved was about but have not heard anything back from them yet.

they contacted my sister today and gave her all kinds of info that is illegal to give. my identity was stolen a few years back and that person used my info to get some online payday loans. they called saying they were going to file wire fraud or something and also told my sister that they called all these other people about me and gave her thier names. I called all of them and none of them were contacted. she said they were trying to get her to pay the so called bill. they stated they were a lawyers office. i didn't find a single bit of good things about them at all on the internet only bad responses.

My sister and my Mother in Law both received calls about me saying I was being investigated for fraud. ???? And asked if I had been in Jail for anything. The lady's name is Miss Isaak. I just told them not to answer any questions to anyone. Don't you think if these were investigators they would have called me instead of my sister and my Mother in law.

I have rec'd several missed calls on my cell phone from this number, and today my daughter called to say some guy Inv. Paul Angelo left a nasty message on her machine stating he was investigating my husband for fraud and if we did not follow up on the call, they would send out a summons.  Who the HELL IS THIS GUY, and how did they get my daughter's home phone number!  I just called the number and they REFUSE to give out the fax number unless you are a client.  It is a law office in Buffalo, NY-probably a fraudulent collections attorney.

This Mr.Simpson called my wifes grandmother looking for me.  They claimed she was my sister-in-law, but she wasn't.  Anyway, my wife called this number and this man was very rude and just said I owed 960 dollars and if I didn't pay they would take leagal action.  I never got any loans, and the more we investigated, the police said DO NOT SEND MONEY to this company.  This is fraud so beware.

If you are being investigated for anything they don't phone you and warn you about it they just swoop in and raid you. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is or if its too weird too be true then it probably is.

i recently received a call from some guy from this so called law firm. when I googled them all kinds of accusations were made about there validity. so I told them to take a hike, three days later I got a summons delivered to my work. my attorney said that this place is part of a nationwide attorney network and when i refused to co operate they outsourced the account to attorney in my county. now i cant settle my debt and i am paying a retainer fee to them and my own attorney.  i didnt think this is even legal but the judge said it is.

I just got the same exact message. I am upset how do they have my cell and name.

I guy named Paul at ext 106 w/ a reference number called and left a message on my cell phone indicating that I was under investigation for online fraud and to contact them voluntarily; if not then they would seek litigation against me. I called them back and left a message but no one has called me back yet.  It sounds like they are fishing for info if you ask me.  I have no outstanding dept's and just got internet. Note: the man named paul did not seem professional he sounded really angry with me.

Yea, I got them. They identified themselves as "Attorney Office" no name given and the name of the attorney was  undeciferable on original message. Individual was rude upon inquiring about what the call was about and said never call that office again. A name of an individual that doesnt reside at my address was given. He sure ruined my day! Probably borderline legal collection agency
