they got me to i hope i getthem back because i need my money.

I don't know if they changed their name or what but the name for the phone number given is Money on the Go.  They were able to get $99.95 from me over a month ago.  They were not authorized to take the money as this is allegedly a membership for a prepaid visa card.

When I called them to get my money back, i was told my money would be in the account by nov. 2nd.  Today, they told me I had to call them on nov. 2nd to get my refund.  I told them they were lying and I was never given this information.  They then said they would put the refund tomorrow because they do not do business after 5.  It is only 2:30.  I told them the money had to be back to me by tomorrow morning.  They refused to do anything and said I would have to wait 72 hours for a refund.  I told the supervisor that was unacceptable as 72 hours would not be until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday.  

I seemed to be getting ripped off when there is a holiday coming and money cannot be put in the bank for longer time.  This is the second time that has happened as it happened on Columbus Dav weekend.

I told them i would be notifying the bank that this was fraudulent and filing fraud charges against them.  They hung up.

I fell for this and they took 99.85 out of checkbook and now won't give it back. GUESS THEY ARE BIG SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

These people have taken out over 200.00 from my account. Nothing I can do. The bank won't help me retrieve it I told them this is fraudulent and they say I signed something ??? I haven't ever signed anything. I just don't know what to do.

I just recieved my account balance and they took 99.95! I bank with First Financial and they said there is nothn they can do! I need my money back or i lose my electric and water by monday!!!

They got 49.95 out of a checking account that I rarely use and my bank has charged me an OD limit. Jerks!!!!!!!!!! I never have even heard of these people!!! They didnt even call me...just seen on my checking account!

They took 29.95 out of my acct, I reported it to my bank & my bank refunded my money, then when I called the number they hung up on me, I am reporting them to the BBb d/t first I never authorized this & second they caused me alot of inconvenience. Ok so my husband and I called our bank to talk to them about these ^^chargers^^. They gave us our money back (with one payment we have to wait a day and the other payment we have to wait 3-4 days for). And they changed some of our account information so no body else will be able to withdraw any more money from our account. And they ordered new checks for us. All of this didnt cost my husband and I any money. It was very helpful and Im so glad it is taken care of. We bank with Chase so if anyone else banks with Chase Im sure you will be ale to get your money back just like us. And I would hope any other banks would do the same. Good luck everyone.

Those b*****ds took 2 payments of $99.95 out of our account! TWOOO! When we called them they told us to wait 10 days to call back again. We canceled the "account" we had with them.. (even though we didnt even finish filling out our information). We talked to some one and then asked to speak with a supervisor and the mother f****r hung up on us. My husband and I work in customer services and we know how to speak to people about problems and how to resolve them. One this is to NEVER hang up on the customer!

I see all these postings. First I am not part of this Company but have dealt with things like this before in various investigations. When I see statements saying they took money out of my account and the B word, well you or someone who has your information went to their website and entered and auth the payment, so I would check your own backyard first before calling these people names.

As far as refunds so you know how things work, they give your info which is auth to a processor which goes to the Bank, they will not see your payment for about 10 Days even though you see the amount coming out of your account that is why you do not see an immediate refund.

I am about to report them to the BBB if by Monday I don't get funded back to my account. I am upset at these a***oles. They are nothing but rip offs.

I cancelled my membership within 30 days & they said they will refund my fee, but I waited two weeks & nothing. I called them several times & they told me they refunded on Sept. 30th back to my account & until now nothing. I called my bank & checked my statement, but nothing. I called again & told them if they don't put back my funds that I am going to slam their name on the internet & take action.

Yes me too they tried to take out 49.95 out of my account on March 23 2010 I got a over draft which there was no money this very well is a scam and report it to your bank and get your money back through them.
