Found truck on craigslist little rock,ar called the number on post no answer the next day i got a text from a different number wanting my email to send me more info on the truck. Got an email the next day saying he just got divorced and no longer needs the truck. when i asked to come look at the truck i was then told it is in Omaha Nebraska not little rock and that the transaction would be handled by eBay. got email from what appeared to be eBay (was not eBay) saying to wire the 4700 i tried calling the number and got a Verizon message saying the number could not be reached as dialed so that's when i decided to contact ebay directly. Glad we never wired them money the name this person used is Frank De Rossi. email address frankderossi90@gmail.com phone numbers he used are 978-799-2108 and 865-321-1264. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!!!!

I called eBay directly gave them my information and nothing matched up with what eBay has for their protocol. Went back through my email history and found out I was transferred to Zikbay.com without realizing it. The seller, Sheila Greenwood out of town for 6 more weeks won't contact me directly. Red flag #1. Sellers terms are wire transfer only. Red flag#2. She just this minute emailed me saying  they will keep the transfer instructions open for only 2 hours today, red flag#3. This vehicle is sopose to be packed and ready for shipment out of Oklahoma City. Crime in progress folks.

Seller on craigslist tried to sell me an Airstream trailer through "ebay motors".  Story is that woman is divorced and making new start so no need for the vehicle, etc.  Seller sends email through "ebay motors" with 8882521227 as an ebay buyer protection number and includes attached invoice with buyer's address, etc. wanting wire transfer.  Ebay invoice is obviously fake with poor grammar.  Once I notified seller that this is a scam there has been no further contact.  DON'T BUY!!!

This number was with an ad on Craigs List for a 99 Mastercraft boat for $4995. A heck of a deal!! Glad I did not fall for it.

Well the same number is textn me abt a 2004 Lexus RX330........ The person name is Robert Hansen. They supposedly js got divorced n doesn't need the car any more. When I was looking at the ad on craigslist the location of the vehicle suppose to be in Bowie, Maryland then when I asked him can I come see the vehicle he said it's in Omaha NE in I would hv to wire the money through e-bay. Needless to say.......I'm sorry I think you've been scam by these people.

Omaha, NE 68164  The VIN Number for the vehicle is 3VWCL71KX9M002827.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  I have received an email from this address:  vincent.deluca55@comcast.net

These people are scammers! I did not thankfully fall into their scam. I would like to send them a brick that says "eat s***".  I feel horrible for the people who actually sent them money.  Please alert all of your friends and family so things like this dont happen. And if you a**les that are the scammers are reading this, get a real effin job and stop robbing people.

I almost got scammed due to the individual contacting me after I indicated it was a scam and offering to meet me with the car.  I would have to drive 5 hours one way to do that.  I am sure that I would get stood up.  The person was named Richard Beshears and his signature indicated that he was a Chief Master Sargent just in case you run into this.

TOTAL SCAM!  I called 'Alex' and asked to speak to his supervisor.  Peter answered the phone with the same voice & accent.  Now he just hangs up on me whenever I call.

They also tried me buy i looked an found out it may be a scam i still have all emails and email addres there using robert l hanson for name i found this by googling the phone number they sent me to see if it was a real number

This company nearly scammed me into wiring money for a Ford F150 truck I found on craigslist. They claimed to be shipping it through ebay motors. This is definitely a scam. Please, don't send them money! Once you wire transfer money there is no recourse!

Tried to scam me.

I too was alomost taken! I called the number and they insisted on wire or cash deposits to their account. I called "Ebay" and they confirmed it was fraud. If you have a future concern foward email to spoof@ebay.com and they will verify if it is legit. Credit cards or Paypal is the safest way to be protected.

It's a scam and they make you think you're going thru ebay motors...

To be on the safe side I contacted e-bay directly to investigate.  I was directed that this is a fraud!!!   Hope this helps.
