This is a scam. If you call the number back you are charged large sums of money when you connect and $1.95 per minute while you argue with them. This number is in Montserrat. DO NOT CALL BACK THIS NUMBER, BECAUSE YOU ARE DOING JUST WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO.

These people called my house asking for my boyfriend... they said it was important that he call them back because it had to do with information being attached to his social security number.  I wasn't the one who answered the phone originally, however, he has never used the home number as it's only used for internet access through Verizon.  His name was Matt and said the company name is DBC.  Anyone else get this same company?

They called my wife and told her we wrote a 700 dollar fraud check and that she was going to prison.... The only 700 dollar check I ever wrote (in my life) was my current house rent!!! My wife was freaking out until I calmed her down and got on the phone with the moron.  I told him he was an idiot and he called me a b*#tch so I called him a bigger B*#ch.. lol! Heavy Indian accent. Our government should put an end to these idiots! No offense because I am hispanic from Italy and Panama mix, but every time I hear a sales or collection call from an Indian accent I simply hang up! My best friend is Indian... Seriously people, those scammers are giving your entire country a bad name on the internet as far as trust goes! Your country should investigate this!!!! And as far as the African scamming emails, get a life you F*$king B*#ches!!!!

I get the very same calls - multiple calls daily.  They appear to be able to "generate" local phone numbers which appear on my caller ID.  They tell me they are from a "loan settlement companay" and ask how many payday loans I have.  I have none.  I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their list.  I have answered and yelled and cursed at them but the calls continue.  I have blocked at least 30 telephone numbers but they seem to have an endless supply of telephone numbers for them to "use."  I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office but since it appears they are located in India there really is very little they can do to stop them.

They called me 28 TIMES. If you call a person 27 times and they don't answere there might be a small chance that they don't really want to talk to you. GET A LIFE PEOPLE AND STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Did you recently get an alarm system, I did and I think they gave them my information.  I NEVER give my cell out so I gotta wonder how they got it?

Calls from this number 888-253-7639 started to come into my line since last week and continued several times each and every day. I did not answer it, so don't know who is behind the call.

These are some Indian payday people! They call all the time!

Just reported to my citys police dept they told me to not answer their phone calls... They are being investigated by the FBI... Its fraud do not get caught in their games.... Hope they get caught soon

have you guys ever apply for payday loans? these people are scammers who get our info from internet and use caller apps to change their numbers and try to get money out of us and different things

that these people can call our phones 15 times a day. This BS has been going on for a few weeks now at least 15 to 20 calls a day often minutes apart.

I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I don't know how I got my number tied into all these scam calls. I found in the past if I scream at them they end up giving my number out to more people and the calls get worse.

I have been sworn at, called horrible names and threatened from companies like this. It makes me not even want a phone!!! This is harrassment!! I was told by officals that nothing can stop them because they are often out of the country or use a systems that are impossible to trace back to them!! I too am on the do not call list!!!

They just spent a half hour calling me repeatedly to cuss me out because I asked them to stop calling me.

They call me 6 or 7 times a day, all hours of the day.  I have their phone number blocked on my phone so it doesn't annoy me but it's every day Monday - Friday.  Calls start around 8:00am CST and go on until around 9:00pm CST

i get 4 to 5 calls a day i wish they would stop

I receive calls all the time from these people and can hardly understand them. Please if anyone knows a way to help stop this or block the calls  They dont take threats about reporting them  They think they are above the law of the US

These people of hindu/ middle eastern accent,are claiming to be of some kind of law firm, filing a lawsuit against you for non-existent loans, and they threaten to have a sheriff come to you if you don't take action. SCAM! SCAM!SCAM!

They call constantly No Stop at my work number that i have to answer. I ask everyone of them to place me on the NO call list and No results.

SOME HEAVY ACCENT INDIAN CHICK WOMAN I SAY CHICK WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THE LIST ADVISED THIS INDIAN CHICK THAT THERE WHERE OVER 200 COMPLAINTS THAT I REPORTED HER AND THE NUMBER TO THE BBB AND THAT I WAS ALSO REPORTING HER TO THE NASSAU COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THAT I WAS GOING TO SUE THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT SHE PANICED AND HUNG UP. THIS COMPANY AFTER BEING TOLD TO TAKE OFF THE LIST NUMEROUS TIMES KEEPS CALLING WITH THE SAME GARBAGE. I TOOK ALL OF YOUR EMAILS AND FOWARDED IT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF NY AND THE NASSAU COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE. WE WILL GET THEM TO FINALLLY STOP THEY  HIT THE WRONG PEOPLE THIS TIME.

I called them back and got a answer from some foreign lady saying they have a payday loan for me.I told them no thanks and they said thank you and hung up

Make them stop calling me repeadedly when I don't want what they are trying to offer or scam me with.  10+ calls almost every day.

These people call my office a dozen times a day...I've begged them to stop, but with no luck.  Now I pick up the phone and slam it down when they call.  They are complete idiots!

Thy have called my cell phone 13-15 times a day for the last week.  I refuse to answer any number that I do not know.  If they don't have the decency to leave a message then they don't deserve to have me pick up.  It is really getting to be horrible with all the scams out there.

I keep getting calls on a daily basis from this number. I have told them twice to stop calling. I don't answer them most of the time when I see the number. But its very annoying. They have left voice mails with a threat, that I'd better return the call or something will happen when i called back they say i owe money and want account information and said they would send officers to my job and arrest me. this company need to be investigated cause i dont owe nobody any money and i refuse to give my info to them 1-888-253-7639 is the number
