By all means call 888.270.6398 and ask for Mr Duke. He gets really irritated when you call him back so please continue to do so. This is a scam!!! They change the contact number periodically. The one I listed is the most recent.

he has been calling me too I believe they have hacked our credit reports and are using info off of them. They are not a legit company i can not find any info on them online he sent me some shady looking documents. i told them I was not paying them plain and simple.

robert duke called me yet again and said that an officer would be at my job within minutes if i did not allow the withdrawals on my account. said they had surveilance and everything else on a card i supposedly opened like 6 years ago. demanded i pay 400 today and pay 1700 total by the end of the month which i dont make that much in a month or an officer would show up at my job. i told them not to call me at work and also told them yet again i want it in writing and i had had this done to me before and contacted the attorney generals office. dont think he liked it but he still threatened me and i told him i also wanted all of his contact information including their address and that i had a right by law to know who was pusuing me and a validation of debt. what they dont know is i had my account blocked.

I got the same phone call and he called my job and told me That he was going to have my pay checks garnished for 4100 and judgements against me when I tried to call back no one answers and it keeps hanging up on me

I got the same call yesterday but advised them I needed something in writing before I would settle for anything. I do not have any outstanding debt so I challenged back and when I did I was told they would ruin my credit with judgements and garnishments. Waiting for that email witht he documents that I supposedly did something to owe money. $1800 worth. Wow.....

This phone number is a debt collector. It belongs to Legal Asset Financial, a very rude and threatening company. They will use illegal tactics to try and collect from you. Just send them a Cease and Desist letter and wait for someone else to buy that debt. You do not want to deal with them.

Call your bank. Put a stop payment on the payment.
Then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company uses illegal and threatening tactics to collect on debts.
Then send the company a Cease and Desist letter, which can be found on the internet.
The same company threatened to stop my Federal student loans for a credit card debt and tried to claim over 4 times the amount of the debt. The Fair Credit Reporting Act does not allow these strong arm tactics for debt collection, don't let them get away with it. Wait for them to sell it to another company and settle it then.

this guy named robert duke called to threaten a collection from me. i setteled for 1000$ and made a date to collect the funds and now he wont answer my calls. i keep calling the same number he gave me and everytime i cal there is no answer they hang up on me.
