I got a call to house and a letter telling me i have court in 2 days and it would be in my best interest to do so

I get this call from someone named Ms. Vega stating that it is very urgent that I contact her ref case xxx9753 at 1-888-258-0566. She did not state the company name or the reason to the call other than some fictitious case number that mean nothing to me. Looking up this number on the web and its shown as Litigation Management Group

some lady names ms. luna or somtjing called my job today teling my boss that a case about me is about to be fiked. i dont know what this is about?

I received a call this am from a Mr. Diaz asking for my daughters phone number at work and cell number, but I never gave it to him.  Then he says it concerns a court case #--------- and she's facing fraud charges and if she don't call him today he will send a sheriff to her place of employment to arrest her tomorrow if he doesn't hear from her today.  I'am very close to my daughter and know she never does anything like this and I'am having to deal with having severe heart problems and to have someone call me and say all this.  My daughter really worries about me, so when I called her and told her she called the number he gave me and all of a sudden he was in a meeting of some sort.  These scams like this don't realize the impact they have on people.  I will pray for them before they end up causing the death of someone with severe heart problems like myself, I was just lucky that my daughter acted fast enough to calm me down.  He was going to have a sheriff arrest her tomorrow and then she was supposed to be in court tomorrow in New York and we live in South Dakota.

i recieved a letter weeks ago that was very vague, just saying I owe thousands, didnt say who I owed or from when, but to pay within 10 days or else. after the call i typed in the number and was relieved to see that it was a scam. now an hour ago a PRIVATE call comes in on the phone. this guy 1st asks for my step-dad, i said he's not here, then he says the call is regarding myself, that im going to be served court documents to appear in court, when he gave me the number to call i wrote it down, he also asked if i was going to be home so he can deliver the documents..he had an old address of mine but said we can always go to the 2nd address to deliver, now after writing the number down i called to find out more info of what this is all about, when they answered saying litigation management i realized these are the same people who sent me the letter weeks ago, and the number was the same identical number that i googled and checked and realized is fraud/scams...so these guys do go to extremes..so watch out.

Had a message from this Mrs. Gomez to call her ASAP, that it was an emergency and I had to call her as soon as I could. She gave me a case # that I had to reference when I called her back @ this 888-258-0566 #. I called back and the girl that answered said that Mrs. Gomez was on another call but by looking @ case # I had given her, she could see what it was regarding and asked if I could get a message to someone & that it was urgent I get this message to them, & she named the name. I told her that I have never even heard of this person before she just mentioned their name. I asked her how they got my name & # and she said that during their investigation, people the had been interviewing to find and get ahold of the person they were looking for had given them my name. Not sure who because I do NOT know the person they are looking for.

Called and left message very threating.
Asked for somebody I never even heard of.
I have had my cell number for over 20 years.

Got a call from this number today on my home phone & cell. The lady called me by name. A number similar 888-258-???? Called my cell 3 different times asking for a family member. I do not call it back. The person always says it's urgent. Sometimes gives a case number.

This Ms. Gomez called my relative today stating that I used them for a reference. I have never used any of my relatives for references on credit as a means to contact me.  I blocked my number to call back and voice message to state my name so the proper extension could be called.

i have recieved same letter can you please provide me with the fraud department #

FRAUD!!!!!! I called the real litigation management and had them double check. The lady assured me that I don't owe any money. Don't pay these a'wholes nothing.  I also contactef the fraud department at the FBI and they have received several calls regarding this matter.

Just got a call today, in regards to a family member from Litigation Management.  They said that I was used a reference for this family member.  They call my cell phone and house number, which is an unlisted/unpublished number and told them to remove me from their call list as I don't appreciate being harassed.  When I gave the info to my family member, they tried calling the number back, no answer and it told they to enter the extension number, which you're not provided with.  The number they gave me is 888-258-0566, spoke to both Ms. Gomez & Ms. Lunez.

Company called Litigation Management google them and you get all you need to know about this group and how to stop them..

Call Ms Gomez,  urgent.  Calling # was blocked left this number and a case #.  Blocked my number, called back.  Get a recording to give my name and they will find extention # I did not enter.  If you want to talk to me, leave you name # and do not block your calling #.  How did you get my cell #?
