They're calling Lexington KY.  I did not recognize the number, but I did notice the toll-free prefix and that usually puts me on alert.  I didn't answer.  No message was left.

I got tired of all these calls and bought me a good Call Blocker. Can now block individual calls, area number calls and block ID names. I like the Digitone
