THEY ARE SHARKS! , RUDE, with NO PEOPLE skills, Customer service was a -10.I asked to speak with a supervisor and even told them I was filing banckruptcy and they STILL continue to harass me with bogusness! next time they call I am going to tell this this is a federal matter, and I plan on turning this case over to the judge! I received a letter in the mail from these people telling me to call 1-888-262-6533, and that I have $25000 in outstanding debt.  ALL LIES.  There is also a seal on the letter that says "DRB Approved" but the fine print at the bottom says "This is not a Debt Relief Bureau (DRB) approved or endorsed advertisement"

Total SCAM, definitely not calling back!!!

You should file a law suite with a lawyer, it won't cost you anything because the lawyer will get paid when you win the case, you will also get $1000+.They can't threaten you with a law suite if they have no intention of doing so. Save your voicemail as evidence.

I received a phone message call from this number to my place of business.....I contacted an attorney and the attorney said that they are fraudulant and have recieved lists illigally....DO NOT talk to these people at all!

got a call on both my cell and work number within 5 minutes of each other and both left the same robotic message.  Funniest thing is they "spoofed" (used 2 different fake phone numbers to appear on the caller ID's). if they are so legit, why are they using illegal tactics and hiding behind phony numbers--SCAMMERS TO THE FULLEST!!

call came in on number 505-431-0654, Message was recorded message, - This is a urgent message(myname). time sensetive matter. call back 1-888-262-6420  option 1.   Have reported to FTC.   Want to start a class action law suit.

I received a call from these people and she stated that she was with a law firm.  At the time of the call I was busy speaking with Direct TV Installation department and asked her to call me back in about 5 minutes.  After stating it two times, I hung up in her face.... as she preceeded to tell me apparently, I didn't know the severety of this situation.  I've seen the number on my phone in the past but, have a habit of not picking up 800/888 numbers.  I know there should'nt be anything on my credit, since having my credit checked 4 months ago and it was clean as a whistle.   I've found that they purchase old accounts and get upset when it can't stay on your credit, if the 7 years have passed.  I wan't them to stop calling me!

It is hard to sue them, believe me I have tried.  Since they don't have a valid address there is nothing that  a lawyer can do.  I have asked for something in writing 3 months ago and am still waiting.  According to my lawyer they are scammers, don't pay anything unless they can validate it.

I got a message from a local number 5712228267 saying call 8882626420 option 5 about a urgent matter. This message has been left on my phone everyday for the last 3 days.

The address given to the BBB by this company is a UPS drop box site. Also they are NOT accredited by the BBB and not a member. THIS IS A SCAM!

Statute of limitations is only effective if you DON'T have any contact with the collector. If you agree the debt is yours then there goes the statute, if you try to make payment arrangements, the statute is in their favor. DO NOT TALK TO THESE MORONS EVER unless you know your debt is beyond your states statute of limitations, once it passes that time you are no longer liable for the debt, Oh they can keep calling but, they don't have any legal avenue to pursue.

the message was automated.....no identification of company......just message to return call for a personal and time sensitive matter.....i don't intend to return the call because they don't identify themselves.....the caller ID showed a 210 number but the message left an 888 number......

The Financial Filing & Reporting, Inc is out of Coral Springs, Florida and there phone number is 1-888-736-7136. I am working with them now on a debt that I owe for a payday loan. They are very nice and provided me with documentation within 24 hours of talking with them. They are an excellent company  and actually treat you like a human being and not a paycheck. They are working with me! I would suggest calling the number I gave you to check and see if it is really them. If it isn't then let them know what is going on and I am sure they can help you with your situation.

Call the federal trade commission, call ur cell company block the number and an email will not work for proof must be mailed to your physical address and have specific things on the letter google fair debt collection act
