I have been receiving calls from this number for the past three weeks.  This organization never leaves a number.. what are they up to?  I have filed several complaint's against this number on the Do Not Call Registry.  Finally after several attempts to get to the bottom of who is calling and why, a live person (male)  answered the phone.. he refused to identify himself or the company name that he was representing..and tried to asked me questions about VISA.. when I asked again who and what company he was representing, he hung up.  These are devious/suspicious people up to no good.  Beware..

Three days I have received 3 to 4 calls in one day from this number on my personal cell phone. There is total silence, no one talks. Who is doing this? Something needs to be done.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and no one is there.

two calls a week for 3 weeks. they answer and ask for someone who is clearly not the owner of the phone. they are liberty rewards and it takes 7-10 days to get you off their call list. in the mean time they will keep calling you.

How do you stop these phone calls? never a message. what is it about? how did my number get out there?

Two calls in a row today. No one was on the other end so I just hung up. I hope by reporting it something will be done. It's annoying and with new tech scams coming out daily, it worries me a bit.

I am very frustrated.  They call at least 2 times per day and leave no messsage and when I do answer the phone their is a pause and then the person talks so fast you do not know who she works for and ask the question in regards to your credit card ending in XXXX.  I said "WHAT?" she stated your mastercard. I stated I did not have one and she hung up.  Then another lady called and asked for me and I informed her that I do not appreciate the phone calls and they better stop otherwise I will turn the numbers in. This lady also hung up asasp.

We've rcvd about 4 calls from this number today (4/27). Twice I let it ring until it stopped. Once I picked up the receiver slightly then hung up. The last time I picked up, saying nothing....And they said nothing. At that point I put the receiver down next to the phone and went about my business. Eventually I head that noise indicating that the connection had been cut.

This is a scam. They are trying to get your credit card info. The first call said they wanted to give me some rewards package.They will hang up if you ask for info from them. You can hear people talking and laughing in the background. I called back a second time and the guy burped loudly before hanging up on me.
The Do Not Call registery is a great tool. Everyone should register their number. The calls stop for about 2 years then you have to re register.You can report the number to that website if they continue to call.
Its a shame these people can take advantage of  trusting people. Beware of all telemarketers!!

I receive a call from this number 2 times in the past 3 days.
They don't say anything just sit there so I hung up on them.
This needs to stop, it is very annoying.

I'm always hesitant to pick-up on an unknown ID or a toll-free number.  After questioning the caller immediately as to who they were and what company they were calling from, they hung-up.  I called back and asked to speak with a manager.  After asking three times and being interrupted by her - she finally admitted she was with Liberty Rewards.  I asked where she got my personal information.  She refused to answer.  She then hung up!
Kristen, do you have information about getting on the "government list" you mentioned?  I would like to know if there is a way to hold these unethical companies accountable for their methods.

They've just started calling me again too.. I think I'll get a whistle.. and make an effort to get to the phone.

This number has called me twice with old information. They want to give me a free prize for my spending habits online or things I have ordered over the phone. Unfortunately for them I have not done either one with my non credit card that they keep telling me I have. Both people who called hung up on me when I tried asking them how they got any of my information. I called back a total of three times after the last call. The first two times they knew who I was and after asking me my name hung up on me. The third time I finally got someone to talk back to me. I asked for their supervisor three times before I got someone who might be considered there supervisor. I told her that they had already called me twice and that each time when I started asking anything they hung up on me. She apologized and told me they had a lot of new people who may be not as good at talking on the phone. Then she told me she would put me on the do not call list. Unfortunately for her and this "company" I'm already registered on the do not call list with the government. I filed a complaint against her and the phone number and hopefully something will actually come about it. My advice to you? Harrass them back. Keep calling them until you are just a nusance and they will put you on their do not call list. And make sure you put yourself on the government list. Then you can sue legally and win.

I have received 2 calls today so far and will report this if I receive more. My cell is on the Do Not Call registry. I will report them to the appropriate authorities - you all should too, especially if you told them not to call you anymore.

I have gotten several calls from this number in the last week.  No one is ever there when I answer.  I am not picking them up anymore.

20 calls from this number in a week. No message. When I pick up, no one answers. redialed the number and got automated attendant for "customer service". Seems just like another number doing the same thing which I blocked last month. Obviously using an auto-dialer. There should be an agency to report this to since I'm on the do not call list.

i received a call from this number.  the person was asking my name and if the last 4 digits of a credit card were mine.  the account had been cancelled

they called me today.

I rec. calls from this number 2 times a day and no one every says hello back. I finally yelled"Hello" in to the phone and someone replied.  I asked who they were and they mumbled something about my account. I said I do not have an account with you and they hung up.   WHO are  these people?

Get at least 2 calls a day from this number. No message left.

I kept receiving this call and when they said something about a card I told them to contact my bankruptcy attorney...they hung up but still call?

They have been calling my wife for the last week 3-4 times a day.  They know her name and the last four of her VISA Debit card, but they will hang up if you try to ask who they are.  One lady finally said that they are Liberty Rewards.  We told them we are not interested and called our bank to report it.  We closed her card and got a new number for it.  I think we will restrict our online purchases from now on, as I am sure this is where it came from.

I've received three calls from this number today and no one says a thing when I answer.  I'm glad I checked into this.  I will now ignore these calls.

I have been getting two to three calls a day from this company over the past week. I finally answered today and after saying hello three times someone finally spoke up. And told me they were calling regarding credit card rewards for my card ending in XXXX. I asked them what credit card they were talking about because I don't have one ending in that number. I then asked them the name of their company and why/how they were associating me with that card and was hung up on immediately. VERY SUSPICIOUS! I called the number back and tried asking more questions. The person who answered told me I would be place on their DO NOT CALL list and shouldn't receive anymore calls after 3 or 4 days. As soon as the words were out of her mouth the call was immediately disconnected.

I have been receiving calls all week from this number. When i answer no one says anything. Now at  I know what this is all about.  I have added it to my reject list on my phone. Maybe then they will stop calling!!!

We continue to receive two to four calls a day from this number. Since the phone usually quits ringing before I can get to the phone to answer (think it rings four times), or it disconnects just as I pick up to answer, on those occasions when I AM able to answer I've begun to just put the receiver down on the table and walk away. I just now called the number and the recording said "Thank you for calling Customer Service," and something about holding for the next available representative, or something similar. No identification as to what the company is.

I have received multiple calls from them every day for the last two months, but they never leave a message.  I figure if it is not important enough for you to tell me why you are calling - I don't care!  It is starting to get on my nerves though because I received 3 calls from them today!  I left my phone at home today, but it is horrible when I am at work and my drawer starts ringing.  I wish there was a way to make them stop.

Yes i have been recieving this phone number adn they are asking what if im someone else i tell them No and they keep calling. i have recieved this number 3 times in one day. i called them off my land line number and asked them to remove it immeditaley and they say sorry that they cannot do this. when i called them back they are trying to give me a $100.00 gift card and i told them that i was not interested. and they call back

  I got a call this morning 4/26/10.  I reported it to the via phone calls to the FBI, Local Police, BBB, Attorney General.  They all  told me the same basic thing...they are not committing a crime...yet.  But also said if they get a lot of calls  it will get a lot more attention.  I did call the number back and let them know I was calling the authorities they told me good luck and laughed.
