My sister received a call from this phone number. The caller told her he had tried to serve a court summons to my current address twice over the past three months, but he was unsuccessful. He indicated he would make one more attempt before a "failure to appear" warrant would be issued for my arrest. If this is a collection agency I don't understand HOW it got my sister's new home phone number or why they haven't contacted me by mail since it has my correct mailing address. My phone number is not new and I haven't received any messages from them.

Left voice mails at both my mother's and my house stating he was officer Rick Taylor and he had a summons to appear that was scheduled to be delivered the following morning and to call by 4pm that day.  Caller ID showed a local county courthouse number but when I googled it, I found out it is a fax number to that courthouse.  I did call to speak to them and they never would tell me what collection agency it was.  Guy was very demeaning and spoke to me as if he was reprimanding a child.  I'm sure he was trying to trick me into saying something what would start the statute of limitations all over.  I told him I had already consulted with an attorney to file bankruptcy and he informed me I couldn't afford to file bankruptcy and that a bankruptcy would not relieve me of the responsibility of paying this bill.

They called me twice. The first time they claimed they only had my work address and that was the only way to summons me. When I offered to give my home address he diverted his conversation to some sort of payment plan instead. After he convinced me to pay, I had second thoughts and didn't complete the agreement. After about week they tried the same thing. The first phone call was from a Susan Smith and the contact person at this number is Tory Stevens. He also gave me number of
951-547-5937 as his direct line.

I too received a phone call from an Officer Rick Taylor saying he worked for the court and was giving me a head's up before they deliver my summons.  Found out it's National Capital Mgmt. a debt collector which is what I figured all the time.  Glad someone else posted their experience.

This company called me personally at my place of business trying to get information on my mother and telling me they were going to serve me with a summons on her behalf.  After I told them I was not the person they were looking for, they said she had listed me as a point of contact (thanks mom.)  When I told them I had no legal obligation to speak to them (this gentleman's name was James) and that they must cease and desist from contacting me, they said they had every right to because my mom had listed me as a contact, and they were going to serve ME with a summons.  Good luck with that, James; good luck.

My friend's wife got that call today, looking for him.  She, thinking it was the courts, had her husband call back.  The husband only got into an argument with what really turned out to be a bill collector from National Capital Management.

THEY Leave messages saying they are the police trying to deliver a Summons to you; attempted many times and noone home. Need to call Urgent to have the summons delivered.
It turns out to be National Capital management a collection agency.
