Called about serving a court summons for a relative of mine. - Mike Turner  is the individual. I threatened him with bodily harm if he showed up on my property, he subsequently contacted my relative and told them my wife and will be "picked up" for threatening him. We filed a report with our local police and are now waiting.

I am not sure who these people are ..... but they called my old job 2x and got a hold of my cell phone number.  They are debt collectors they say .... and they are claiming I did not pay back a payday loan from last year. I was told to make some type of payment arrangement or I would be served today!
While placed on hold for 15 mins, they never came back to the line.  I called back for 20-30 mins and its a busy signal like its off the hook.
Are these people fraud?

First of all, they called my "closest relative " and left a message with all my info (which is not legal). Second of all, they claimed to be calling from a prosecutors office in a county that I lived in years and years ago, but she did. NOT pronouciate the. County name correctly - lol! Third, the prosecutor's office of a government will not "call" and stutter over the pronounciation of a. County they work in. Fourth, the "plaintiff" has the phone number of 888-267-3265 and has threatened to serve me at work and home. THEY WILL SERVE YOU AT HOME REGARDLESS! ---- what a scam! They are phishing for your information. If you call any numbers back, whether its legitimately a law firm, government entity or collector...dial *67 then the number.     --- This must be a bill collector or a scam. I owe no bills and have credit alert to avoid fraud as much as possible. Don't be a victim of Identity Theft.  Just my thoughts.
