This guy Jake Milligan called with the same speech about being a private contractor and he was letting me know Providence was suing me for a bad check (I dont write checks) and verified an address from 2005 and said that he wouldnt tell me his boss' name or number and said I needed to call 888-208-2788 but then when I started asking him questions he rushed off the phone and hung up!

These people are calling family members saying they are going to arrest me and some other load of crap.
They are harrasing family members and me!!!!

Report them to the FTC. Go on the website and file a complaint. That is what I did. Really easy and they send back an email confirming your complaint was placed. Once I told them I had reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, local Sheriff's office and the Better Business Bureau they have stopped calling.

What these people are doing is illegal. I don't owe them anything and they were not calling for me. They left a message for someone else on my machine and said the person wrote a bad check and they were filing papers. I called them to tell them what they were doing was illegal to leave that information on someone elses machine. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Act. They were very nasty to me and hung up on me. Would not give me their address or any information. I was going to call and report them. I still am if I can find out where to do it at!

This company called claiming they were with Providence Litigation and that there was a case against me for fraud from a company called Check and Go. When I told them I don't have or ever had dealings with these people and I began to ask questions they stated they have me on survailence camera which I knew was a load of croak. I started checking into the whole matter and found that someone has used my information to get a payday loan and now I am going to fight the whole matter out so bring it on whatever company you are because I am not paying a dime for someone else's loan.

Ya this group tries to tell you they are going to serve you either at your residence or place of work. For a supposed lawyers office I dont think they no much about the law.
