Someone from this number called my sister-in-law looking for my husband. I called the number and had someone threaten to take me to court for fraud on a pay day loan. The name I was given was Mark Pearson I did not speak with that person and the man I spoke with refused to give his name just said he was a legal representative and wanted me to pay $1200.00 or they would take me to court and sue me for fraud because my husband wasn't available. I hung up the phone and the man called me back twice threatening me and my husband.

this is a collection agency that check n go uses this agency claims they are from a legal office and they are ruthless on trying to get you to pay they called my work and told the front office receptionist that if I dont contact them today that they were going to send someone down there to take care of this situation I was shocked when I was told this because I never recieved any calls from them before had no idea who it was or what was going on I called them back to find out and they told me the same thing I had to pay them in full today or someone was going to come down there to resolve this matter I also talked to their supervisor and she told that there was someone looking for me to serve me papers and they were going to sue me and claim check fraud I was so upset by this
