File a report.  You will be contacted via email.  Follow instructions.  Even if somebody owes a debt you can get the calls stopped.  In my case I didn't own any debt, but they would not believe I didn't know the party they were looking for and they just kept calling.

I got a lawyer at no cost and have filed in court against them.  We all have an obligation to file and clobber these guys as long as they don't follow the law and don't behave in a proper manner.  
The problem in this country isn't a few poor out-of-luck souls who owe a debt because of misfortune.  A much bigger problem is companies like BCR who just ignore the law in any case.

I get a phone call from them several times a day, asking for Gadalupe Rodr----. I tell them that I have had this number for over 2.5 years and they don't believe me. I ask tem to take this number off their system and they will not because this is her phone number and that I'm trying to protect her, what a crock. I call the number directly and spoke to a supposely account representative, complaining and he said that this is number they have for her and that I should put her on the line, I told him that you have the wrong number for her and he basically said I was not being truthful and I raised my voice and he responding that they will continue to call her at my number until she responds

receive calls from this number everyday between 8a - 10a it is very anoying no clue who they are though

I received a recorded call from this number wanting me to call them back. They do not say who they are or who they want to talk to!

constantly calling I probably delete about 3 messages a day from them. The message says Please call BCR at 1-888-276-8572, They do not ask for no one in particular just the message. I am also tire of this calls.

they call all the phones in the house at least 36 times .. i have all the cell phones and house phones on the nocall list .. they call a phon e every two hours from 8am till 10 pm every day

These people are scamming innocent consumers collecting debts. Be aware.

I recieved a call from this morning and the guy was very rude. He said he was calling about a credit card debt that I didn't even have. I asked him to send a copy of the debt and he got hysterical. I think this is a scam.

Call your phone company activate call blocking if you do not have it already active, then block all their phone numbers.

they have been calling for about a week btw 8 and 10 AM. I wonder who they are.

They have been leaving messages for my grandparents since last summer. My grandma is in the nursing home and grandpa says the recording is just asking him to call. Their house is paid off and they have no balance on their credit card. They won't stop calling them nor will they leave the name of who they are trying to reach.

I keep getting calls everyday from this BCR company and its so annoying! Its different numbers all the time but they always leave the same message. How do I make them stop when its an automated caller and how did they get my number?!

I want these people to stop calling my phone. I am not delinquent on any bills at all so I know it is not me they want. They have called me before looking for my exhusband and even asked me to talk with him about his debt. I have nothing to do with that man and want these people to leave me alone!!

This collection agency keeps calling us.  We have now had our phone number for fourteen months.  I have called BCR and told them WE are not the person they are seeking and to quit calling us.  They continue to call using different numbers.

same people have been calling everyday, all day. i just simply ignore their calls but at 8:30 pm? that's just annoying and ridiculous. voicemail says it's BCR and to call 1-888-276-8572. they don't even ask for a specific person to begin with. that's why i'm not answering. the caller id i get is 619-374-0124.

I just called and they took my number off the list. It literally took 2 minutes. There is no point avoiding them; they are very persistent. After all, as a collection agency, that is how they make money.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC on this one. Same problems that you all have stated. I encourage everyone else to do the same. The more complaints the FTC gets, the more they will act.

After about a year of receiving these calls for about a year.  I do not answer any calls except my family on my cell phone and I am not about to call an automated message.  After reading the  about post, I know know that it is a collection agency.  I'm very upset about the calls and I can't believe the government allows companies to harass people like this.
