I received a call from 000-000-0000 and Tom Douglas saidI was going to be served by the Sheriff for a pen and action complain. I called 888-278-0076 Schwartz and Associates and gave Bill the document number. He asked my name. Since I don't give out personal information to random people. I said " you called me what name is on the paper work" he said If I don't want there help then I can "F" off and hung up on me.  Since I didn't answer the first time they called, they called my wife and left a message about a document I put her down as a second signer. Which in news to me. So Beware. Don't give information to strangers.

LET ME KNOW I JUST GOT A CALL TOO

I received a call from an all-zeros caller id on my cell. I screen my calls so I let it go to voicemail, the caller used my first name (which is on my greeting) and indicated that he was with the "Process Service Office" and that he had an "SU-100 Summons To Appear" that was to be served to me. He left a case number, the phone number on this report, and indicated I should call as quickly as possible otherwise the summons would be served.

I called the number and the phone was answered "corporate offices", I hung up, called back and this time it was "Schwartz and Associates". I gave them the case number and was transferred. I then gave the case number to the "associate" that I was transferred to and was asked for my name. I told them I wouldn't give that to them and would only give them information that had been left on my voice mail. Was told that they would have to terminate the call if I couldn't confirm my identity. So I sweetened the deal and said "How about I give you my *first* name?" The guy then make some excuse about "You probably have the wrong number" so I ended the call.
