Some more clearification from this side EMZ. I never asked you or anyone to send me txts! but you did EMZ, Aparently the people you hired to send txtts are not as honest as you are. Do they or you realy think sending me several unsolisited txt's to my phone and who knows how many others phones which are costing ME to read your advertising is going to convince me to buy your product? I guess I'm missing something here cause your type continues texting... if I could I would cost u a few bucks and see how u like it! To see if if it makes you wanna cause me some profit.

I've been getting unsolicited texts from this group as well.  I'm not on the DNC list but never reached out to this company for marketing.   I've also texted STOP but they won't stop.    Who do we report this to?

What a crock is right!  I get text messages from these folks all the time too, offering undercover shopping job for $100 a day.  I have never solicited these invites and am also on do not call registry with my cell.  Replying "stop to end" does absolutely nothing!  Where do we go now to report these creeps and law breakers??!!

Load of crap!  My cell number is on the national DNC list, which also means you are NOT to text it.  I have never done business with your company, nor given anyone authorization to give you my number.  You are in violation of the DNC list and if I receive any additional text from anyone representing your company, I WILL file a complaint and make sure that you are fined.  Then, I will file a class action suit against your company, using all the complaints that I can find online and sue you into oblivion. Maybe that will be a wake-up call for all the other companies out there that think they can continue to get away with this.

I just got a spam text message from 305-213-1846 (apparently a wireless number registered in Miami, according to reverse lookup), asking me to call 1-888-279-0635 to enroll in a secret shopper program.

Based on the language of the spam, it's probably the same fraudulent outfit documented at http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-571-8731.

I get spam text messages from this number all the time. Please help, or i would need to report this to higher authorities.

I work for a mobile marketing agency and I can tell you I NEVER opted-in to receive your messages -- much less a double opt-in for continued messaging!

I have repeatedly replied "STOP" and you continue sending me SMS ads.

Just a point of clarification, EMZ Ventures does not send any unsolicited text messages. We hire marketing companies that send compliant messages on our behalf. I apologize for any issues you may have but all of our marketing efforts are done in full compliance.
