Law Firm Call but they do not ID themselves on your caller ID...

I called them at this number and they identified themselves as a Professional Service.
Rollins and Riviera - no id.

Called left message at home "Please call the Roland and Reed firm".  Called them, was asked to give bunch of personal information, offered none until I was connected to Al Reed.   Al starts off by stating I owe X amount to Y party which is false, the company who referred me to collections never sent me a final bill.  Asked Al for his business name which he gave, then asked for the address, creditor who reported me, fax number for correspondences to his office and that he please put everything in writing and send it to me in the mail.  Al starts raise his voice and say "well if you're not going to pay we'll just put in on your credit record today."  I reiterate to put everything down in writing and mail it to me and only deal with me, not my family or anyone else regarding this matter.  Al starts yellling at me to pay what I owe or else.  I tell him I'd be happy to pay but not until I examine what it is he wants me to pay, so please put everything you say I owe in writing and send it to me in the mail.  I remind Al about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and he hangs up on me.

I called this number to speak with an Al Reed in reference to a phone call and he hung the phone up in my face while trying to discuss information with him. This really got me upset so I called to report him to his supervisor and the supervisor got smart with me and hung up also. I just think if this is a real business, this should not happen so I think these are scams!!!!!!!!

BEWARE They are not Lawyers they are a Debt Collections agency that claim to be a Lawfirm they also go by this # to 888-280-0661 They are breaking the law within the Collections Act

Annoying phone call of an undisclosed nature. Probably a deception for you to call back them.
