I just received phone call this weekend from Green Daley and Associates saying they have paperwork to serve me. I do not know what these people are talking about, and I do know this, they are not getting a penny from me. As a matter of fact I will be going to my Legal tomorrow, and letting them know about these scam artists. The last time I checked, a bill collector is suppose to mail you documentation to an alleged debt. And from the numerous complaints, I am not the only one that is getting hit up by these scumbags. Just a warning, do not get scared by these illegal tactics that these people are utilizing. They obviously have nothing better to do with their times. And you know its funny that this same company does not have an address. Hmmmm? Wonder why??

Patty (obviously, I'm sure they change their names/aliases often) was rude, beligerent and threatening. I immediately called my states Attorney General, and was assured I cannot be prosecuted for debt (ie... Debtors prison).

If these con artists call you, Report them immediately! Do not pay!!! They are clearly frauds!

A bit of hope for anyone that did get scammed by these scumbags.  About three months ago my wife received  a call from them saying they will have a warrant for her arrest and that she will serve jail time and have a felony on her record. After she did pay them $2991, she found out that it was a fraud, and all a lie. I told her not to pay but she did anyway, she got scared. So, anyway then I told her to file a dispute with the bank, after about 3 months we received our money back, because they never responded to our bank from the fraud department. So if you did get scammed by these scumbags, file a dispute you will get your  money back.

Did you get your money back? This just happened to me today and now I'm trying to cancel the payment. Howdo I get my money back?.

My son received a phone call and tey said his wife made some payday advancements and he had to pay them off.  They were for $4000.00 and the would settle for $2000.00.  He then called me and got my credit card information and we were scammed for $2000.00.

just received calls from them saying warrant issued for my arrest for check fraud which i know i did not do and i owe $2973 but can pay $1900!  wow!  FRAUD!!!!!!
