I'm also receiving calls from this number, the person identifies himself as Joe Daniels. His caller ID doesn't show up, but that's the number he leaves in the voice message. He also knows my last name and doesn't tell what he wants.

Same here although they are asking for my son who moved out years ago!  Is it a credit card company?  Are any of you having credit issues?  That's my only guess.

I am getting calls from this number, but I do not answer, because it comes up unknown number. The man leaves a message with the phone number, but does not say what he wants.
