They are American family medical discount program now.. Same addy, smae scammers. Don't be stupid and buy all their crap and their lies.This company may only last a year like the other 3 companies they had.Every year they have more and more power to scam you!

Hah!They changed their name back to a medical discount center. Pressure of CBS news musta got to them. Bummer. They scammed people when they were Family Care, now they are in the move to scam people once again with their fake medical coverage. The Salvio address above is correct. They moved from Treat blvd in Concord. Hard to believe Christian Westbrook and Douglas Butcher can live with themselves. I am that ex employee and if it's any consolation, I will be pursuing a lawsuit against them for IRS theft and fraud. Take care

I forgot to mention that I asked for their 800 number, which they gave as this number everyone else is complaining about -- 8882823524. I called it while I was talking to her and it sounds like a legit car warranty business.

Another friend says he used to get called repeatedly on his cell phone about the extended warranty but then called some allegedly FCC Do Not Call list number for cell phones. I politely referred him to snopes.com as well as the FCC web site that there is no cell phone DNC list and that at least in 2007, telemarketers were forbidden from calling cell phone numbers. Not sure what's going on at the eBBB and FCC and FTC but how much more info do they need? Everyone complaining here should also complain on the FTC site and/or eBBB site...

I spoke with Jessica. Actually, I spoke with two jessica's. Then a Milly and then a Camille and I lost track after that.
Anyway, they wanted $212+/mo. for an extended car warranty.
I asked them what company would show up on my credit card bill. She said that the company is Mepco Finance but the warranty company is Consumer Direct Warranty. I didn't ask for an address since I did not think they would give it.
Their caller ID always says 5099350671 but if you call it, it's a disconnected number. They call from that 4144625902 number also. Eerily, they've only called our mobile cell phones.
An hour later, they called again from the 5099350671 number.
I wrote them up on the FTC Business Complaint web site.

I get calls from this company all the time. Most unprofessional jerks I have ever talked to! Idiots that buy keep them calling!

This "auti warranty" company has been claling me for last few months and eating my clel phone minutes. I have asked them to take off my name , but they have been ignoring this and keep calling me. Finally, I have talked to them pretending that I am going to buy. I have got following information:

They are in Concord California, and/or Brentwood/Oakley California. Not the So-Cal Brentwood, the Nor-Cal Brentwood. All those cities are within 15 miles of each other. Their office in Concord, CA is 2151 Salvio ST, #270. I know all these things because they tried to lure me into working there.  
If they are really upsetting you that much... get out there and give them a visit.

I have three cars and this company tryed to set me up with a multiple car discount and I was put on hold to talk to four different people and still did not get answers so I hung.They do not even have a web site? What kind of company is this?It might be a scam.Be smart before you decide.

This company took my credit card number and charged it before the post date and then they keep charging me each month even though I can not use my warranty for repairs for two months.I took it to the dealer and they laughed and told me another fool fell for this scam;it will now take me months to cancel plus costs to cancel and I will never see any of my money.Please do not do this,it is a telemarket lie seeking out the folks that want HONEST coverage.It is not.Beware.

My factory warranty had just expired and they gave me coverage to continue my "peace of mind" on the road for the next 5 years at a great rate. This company was very helpful with information regarding my high milage and the year of my car.I purchased a warranty when I could not get one elsewhere.Now I am covered if my car breaks down.

They gave me a student discount of $200. off the total cost of the warranty; two months later my engine blew a rod and the warranty covered all the cost and towed my car for free to the repair shop:)
