I just got a call from them yesterday.  It sounds like other calls that I received in the past.  Don't call them back or talk to them.  Check with your county online and you will see if there is a summons against you because it needs to be provided to you in writing not verbally.  This is just someone who obtained your name as a third party and is going to use threatening tactics to get you to pay.  Someone sending a summons won't call you on an 800 number.
