Wow. I haven't googled myself in a long time. Don't know if there's a completely different person with the same name or some idiot decided to use my name, but I run a pre-litigation collection agency an have never used that toll free #'s nor am associated with any of the listed persons. Things can happen for bad loan debt and criminal action for bad checks. But document everything and pay back the debt if you owe it, but don't let these collectors scare you with those illegal tactics. Well they scared me like a goob I didn't google them till after the fact I have since retained a lawyer and it is a total scam I had to change bank accounts and all this over a bs check fraud I went to the bank that I supposed to have had an acct that the fraud was committed and they had know clue and told me to fight back so I have filed many complaints with ftc and bbb these folks Mr.. Eric Neal and Mrs Washington  use scare tactics to get to you if you ever got a pay day loan they have your info they sale it to other people I got one and paid it back with conformation and they still keep calling

I received a call from a man name Eric Neal( this week next week it will be another name) telling me he wanted to serve me papers and he would have me fired.I told him if he knows were I work he can definitely serve me papers anytime he wants to.  These people are funny, there is such an easy way to find out if you have any charges against you.  I wish someone would tell Mr. Neal that. You can contact your human resource department so they can file a complaint with you if these calls keep coming in.  Make sure you document all calls with time and date. This gives you a paper trail to submit to the police department and or lawyer.Oh yeah the funny thing is they really think they scare you.

I received the exact same thing from a gentleman by the name of John Davis at ext. 604, yet his voicemail says John Combs.  I was threatened with the same thing and actually fell for it and gave a check by phone for $300.00 on Sept. 14th.  Red flags went up when 2 weeks later, nothing had been taken out of our account yet.  I have heard that they try to find out when you are getting paid and than they hit your account on your paydate for as much as they can.  My wife and I cancelled our accounts and changed our banking information.

GIRL I KNOW CALLED ME AND SAID SHE GOT A CALL LOOKING FOR ME FOR CHECK FRAUD AND I HAD TIL FIVE TO CONTACT THEM AND SAID THEY WOULD GET ME ONE WAY OR ANOTHER...I HAVE NEVER USED MY FRIEND AS A REFERENCE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A FRAUD CHECK. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW OR WHY THEY CALLED HER OR GOT HER NUMBER. I HAVENT GOTTEN ANY CALLS FROM THEM AT ALL......WHY CALL HER AND NOT ME....I THINK THEY JUST WENT DOWN THE PHONE BOOK AND GOT ALL OF THE ONES WITH MY MAIDEN NAME. SAID CALL WAS FROM ASHLEY BANKS...WTH ARE THESE PEOPLE AND WHATS THIS FRAUD CHECK THING?

This Eric Neil also claimed that if i didnt give them money today that I would have felony fraud charges pressed against me and I would be detained.  What was your outcome, and should I worry?

got a call from this number today claiming i had taken out a loan in december 2004 from a online payday loan company loanpoint usa. The company (loanpoint) is legit looked them up online but its not possible for me to have taken out a loan at that time as I was stationed in Korea at the time and no one else has my personal information. The person Eric Neil claimed that if i didnt give them money today that I would have felony fraud charges pressed against me and I would be detained. Should i worry?

Left a couple messages stating they are from continental saying i have until 2pm their time to call them back re: a check which i dont have checks. Havent had any checks since 2009 that i wrote to bail my ex out of jail (stupid i know) with him promising to repay it.. Other than that i am unsure what this "check fraud" thing is they are speaking of and told me that i would be taken to court for and told methat its a felony.. SO i am freaking out as i have NO CRIMINAL RECORD at all.. I have no other information then that.. Luckly i have not given any money to there people nor bank account information etc..
