i got the same call i'am just sick and tried of them call me so what i did i told them to call my lawyers office , it is really a problem

yes they call and was very rude, i ask them was it on my credit report the man got very nasty i really don't know what to do but he told me the same thing , also that he will come to my job with a summons, i really don't know what they are talking about first of all the need to send you a bill before they do anything i really haave a problem with that

Ashley, what has happened is these people are hacking into systems getting information on ppl that have taken out payday loans online. They are preying on ppl that do not know the law. They can not arrest you and they are not investigators.  They are not process servers either. If someone is going to serve you papers they are not going to call you first.. They are going to just serve you, that is how they get their money. If they dont serve you they dont get paid.  They are not going to take you to court. It is your right to make them show you in writing your debt, from the original creditor, if they cant provide that then you know they are a scam.. Let them know that you are going to contact your attorney general.

I actually answered when the 000 000 000000000 showed up and it was still a recording about "since I cant get you on the phone." Um, I was on the phone dumbass mofo and it was the first time any number like that has ever been on my phone. I have never done business with any payday loan company since I have never actually used checks...for what? I use debit everywhere..i have never been served before, but I dont think they warn you and try to "meet up" with you to serve you paperwork, legit process servers pop up out of the blue...DUH. Way to go probably Jamaican or Indian scammers....if you were so smart youd have my cell number, which has been the same for a decade. Dont pay them one dime!

You are a Scam!!! If you are not a Scam all you did was buy some old debt that was written off by the original creditor and now you are trying to get monies for old debt. Well sorry to tell you that there is a such thing as SOL in every state!!! Statute of Limitations!!!! You better learn the LAW here in AMERICA before you buy old debt!!!!

If I take this to court your A** will not show up because you are in India somewhere commiting fraud or maybe in one of the big cities working out of a basement.  Just like we communicate through the internet you all get on there too to find out what law firm you can lie on to try and get some money! It is a fake website. As i mentioned before, i have received 3 calls from these people with that same recording exept for the names, which are Glenn Shelton, Alex Swift, and now this Jeff Easley (spelling?). The 1st call came a month ago stating that this Glenn Shelton was going to serve me papers so i called and the pyshco that i talked to over the phone said it was an online loan back from 2010. Isn't it funny that all these scams say that the loans are from 2010. I told her that i have my bank statements in front of me and I do not see a deposit on the day she indicated. She really went crazy on me then and said those bank statements don't matter and i have to get a lawyer and go to court and they were going to call my boss and i will lose my job. She said that this Shelton guy is serving me papers the next morning. That was a month ago!

I have received the same calls. The number that comes up on my phone is 000-000-0000. I don't answer so they leave a message. It is the same exact recording they used for Johnson York. The 1st call was a recorded voice saying he was Glenn Shelton, then the next time it was Alex Swift, and they one i just received was Jeff Eastley (or something like that). I kept all 3 voicemails on my phone and played them back to back. It is the same exact recording but using different names and phone numbers to call back. One number is the 888-288-0910 and another is 888-519-1377.

Maybe someone should agree to meet with someone, give them the address to a police station but dnt tell them its a police station. See what happens!! U will be im a safe place because ur at a police station. iF anyone was to show up maybe that can be a start to getting them caught!! Have anyone ever thought about that? They call me again or any of my family that is what im gonna do. If nobody shows then im gonna see what my options are by talking with the police and im gonna give them these numbers and ring central phone number as well. Lets see who will be served with court papers then!!!! Haha

They call their company Johnson York,LLC. I took out a online payday loan from star cash processing over 2 yrs ago and they got their money back they automatically took it out of my checking acct and i have an email from them stating as of today i dnt have a balance with them. The lady calling me is Patty. She tells me i write bad checks and took out a loan from paydayone. I live in michigan and paydayone dnt associate with michigan i called them twice. She threatened me and my family, they are rude, aggressive and demands money and if you dnt pay up they said they will put a warrent out for my arrest and i will have to go to court. I know my rights though and not stupid. They almost got me fired from my job back in 2010. They have my ss#, home address, bday,drivers liscense #, and house phone which is in my boyfriend name and i dnt have his last name but i used him as a reference so i think they hacked into star cash processing computers and stole ppl's info! Thats creepy how they know my info and i feel uncomfortable in my own home. I dnt get much help from lawyers. Im making police reports but i dnt kniw if that will help bacause i think they are over seas. FBI or something needs to freakin HELP this is getting serious!!! They call from 888-390-5129/ 888-288-0910. Their website, johnsonyork.com is fake read rhe very bottom. Intuit is where they designed their site, anyone can do it and they buy their phone number lines from ringcentral. I called ring central and i told them this and that they are buying #'s from them using them illegally but they seemed not to care. I askef for a supervisor and she wouldnt connect me so maybe they are in on this too. When calling ringcentral you gave to press 0 to speak with someone. Johnson york will not tell anyone where they are located. Dnt they get that ppl are not falling for this!? When will they give up and get real jobs!???? They need to caught ASAP! This is going too far how would they feel if this was happening to them?? Then they have no contact info on their site, no BBB either. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!! I understand that the more ppl report these calls/ numbers it will help but i think its enough p complaing so when is something gonna get done!???,,at the last minute!?? Come on government help these innocent ppl, including me!! We want justice, peace and for this to end i mean geesh they have ppl's PERSONAL info here HELP!!! When calling ring central you have to press 0, duh! Come on ppl its 2012!!!! I called and they said said there is nothing they can do and i asked for a supervisor and she wouldnt put them on the line what company does that???? Maybe ring central is a part of this too! What johnson dork.....opps i mean york does is pay a fee for the phone numbers/lines and they try to get us to give them miney to pocket and pay ring central. I dnt believe it seems im the only one that really understands whats going on. Use ur brain that God gave u and put everything together lol geeeesh!!!! They end up hacking computers for info such as ss#'s, adresses,place of work,etc. they called my land line which is in someone elses name so thats weird! Its very sad...they said the pulled up my yahoo records from where I actually took out one loan, and they sent me an email saying its paid off which i knew but im getting proof for my police report im making in the morning. Im gonna call them from another phone private and put them on speaker and use my cell to record it do the police can listen. Im gonna ask questions like how did u see where i found the loan on my computer its creey how they said they got my records from yahoo when i was looking up the lian place that i actually did get a loan from, then adk if they can verify my ss#,bday, drivers liscens # and stuff. So they r about to get BUSTED!!!! Lmao!!!!!

I received a call today on my cell phone from all 00000's.  I just listened to the voice mail it was an automated voice claiming to be an Alex Swift stating that he had just received a fax and wanted to meet me to serve me papers at either my home or my place of employment.  They gave me a case number and asked me to call back to 888-288-0910.  I have filed a report with the Attorney General's office and the FTC.  

This is a scam, do not pay these people.  They are obtaining your information from forms or other business that you have done on the internet.  You can obtain additional information on the FBI's website regarding payday loan scams.

I just went through hell with these ppl... They bagan harassing me in 2010 calling my job and almost got me fired. They are very rude and jept saying something about a bad check and a payday loan place called paydayone. I received an automated voice mail from this number 888-288-0910 stating his name was Alex Swift and to call to set up a time to get papers served.  To consider my self notified.

I have a friend that called this for me. She gave Patti a fake name and told her that she was calling to make her $500 dollar payment. They of course couldnt find my case (because they never called me I was calling them to see if they would scam me) so I hung up. Patti then called me back and said "oh honey we found your case"..oh really you did? IT DOESNT EXIST. I simply did this to see if they would take ANYONES money, and they will. Not a scam? I think your crazy. They have been reported to the police as well as the FTC. I guess the "police will be serving them" with papers. Losers.

Received the exact same message on my cell phone from this "company". Guessing this is a robocall as there was no option for a human to come to the phone. I've never bounced a check on my account, use online banking on almost all bills, and find this pretty disgusting.

Yep...same thing happened to me today!  I called the company & they sd that no acct from me exist!

I keep receiveing calls from a lady named Patty Allen from a company called Johnson York.  She's threatening me to make a payment to close out an account for a payday loan I got through CMG.  I don't remember getting this loan so I called CMG & they said that I've NEVER had an account with them!!!  This lady told me that they have issued a warrant & that the police will be here to get me today!  lol  Then she settled with me to make a money gram payment.  The number she's calling from is 888-288-0910.  I'm being scammed!!!

Got the same word-for-word message on my mom's machine.  Funny how I've supposedly written a bad check when I haven't written ANY checks for at least 2 years (I prefer cash and debit cards).  And there's been no unexplained activity on my bank account.  And they would have called MY number, not mom's.....

I called this Ring Central and could only get technical support and they were no help.  Apparently there customers charged their service via debit card and they disavow any knowledge.  I don't think you're going to get anywhere calling Ring Central.
