I have repeatedly received unsolicited calls from this number on my cell phone. I have registered my cell phone number on the nationwide Do Not Call website several times (at least once a year).

Get a call from them every few weeks - never answer calls - they never leave message.
I assume it is Evergreen from the posts here.
If they can have caller ID on home phones why can't they do it on cell phones?

Follow these steps to put a stop to the calls:

1. Call the number back: 1-888-289-3188

2. Press option 2 to have your number removed from their calling list.

3. Enter your phone.

-Within 3 to 4 business days it will remove your number on their list.
-The calls will stop within 3 to 4 days or less.
-In the mean time, dont pick up the phone when they call. Just press stop/red button on your phone.

After several requests to be on DO NOT CALL list (am on the Florida and National Registries), this company keeps calling, identifying themselves as Brighthouse Networks.  However, they are a marketing firm called Evergreen.  

Honestly, I'd rather our worthless politicians clean up the telemarketing travesty, especially the companies refusal to honor do not call lists, than to waste their money bad-mouthing each other.  I don't know who's worse.  I guess you can tell this makes me mad, eh?

just got a call from these people at 8:30 AM in the freaking morning! i called them back and told them to take me off the list asap, or i would be contacting the do not call registry. honestly, i think it's a little back to the 70's to telemarket. has anyone, ever, purchased something from a telemarketer? i have not. i feel sorry for people working with these backward marketing schemes. get updated, evergreen!

Got a call from this number today. Answered it and no one was on the line. I'm with Bright House, Comcast does not serve my area so no idea if it was either one of them.

I got the call today.  I hardly ever get calls on my cell phone from marketers.  But that's because I dont give out my number to ANYONE except my friends.  When signing up for services with a company I give them a false number but I give them an email address I have set aside for junk.  If they really need to get a hold of me they can do it there.  I don't know how these people got my number, maybe random try.

STOP CALLING ME

Call 1-2 times a week saying they are representing my local cable tv, high speed data, or phone provider. My ISP has no knowledge of them, and advised me to ignore the calls.

I had fun with them. I told them i was only paying for the service cause i was divorced and he was getting it cause of our agreement. I was not spending any more money on the sob. I did not want him to have any more than he was getting. then the jerk asked if i was living in the hse with him.. I said hell no... then he tried to offer me something he was already getting... I really had fun with that foreign fellow...

got a call on my cell from this number......don t know who it is.

Been receiving calls from them for two days now- no answer when I pick it up. Just sent brighthouse an e-mail basically stating that if this was the kind of company they would select for their telemarketing then they could cancel my account and I would take my business elsewhere.

Received this call twice.  Requested to be withdrawn from call list.  Additionally this phone is on the federal do not call list.

this is a spam regarding cable company deals.  It will snow in Miami in July before I would deal with them....

I most certainly did not give them permission to call me all hours of the day & night.  I am not a customer of Comcast & I have no idea how they got my number.

They keep calling me several times....never leave a message and are driving me up the wall!

If you call them back, they ask you to enter your phone to their do-no-call list.

I'm already on the national do-no-call list.

I'm very concerned about giving some telemarketer my number.

I talked to Comcast and they claim it is NOT them, that gave the number away. (they gave me the following directions to block them, not the directions to collect cash from the telemarketer.)

You can supposedly block callers, by entering *59 after the call to setup a "call trace".
after you do this 3x, to prove they continuously call you, enter *60 to block the call.

These are for landlines, but should also work for cell-phones.

Now that you have proved, they are calling continuously, you can file a complaint, for harassment by a telemarketing company, and they will be forced to pay you for your harassement. (This only applies if you are on the "Do-No-Call Registry for > 31 days.)

I've heard rumours that harassement by telemarketers, can result is the telemarketer being required to pay you cash, for harassement. But I'm unaware of the amount.

I get a call from this number but never called it back and they will not leave message looks like they would stop when they don't get and answer and i am on that do not call list and have been for a few years now but still get calls

Evergreen, after serveral calls with no message, I called back and used the automated service to be taken out of the list.
