Received a call from a female with a very heavy accent, very difficult to understand, she spoke very fast. She stated she is with the pharmacy company "Optum" which is associated with United Healthcare.

Don't know who they are because they don't leave a message which by my definition is a prank call. For that reason alone I am adding them to my call blocking blacklist.
