I have received over 10 calls from this number at 8am on Saturday and Monday morning looking from someone not even here. I called them and asked them to stop and they say it could continue to call. I said that was unexceptable and they said to "cry" to someone else. Kevin was the very unprofessional CSR at ERS.

Receive calls from this number everyday, yesterday 4 times! There is never anyone on the other end. Once I called the number back and told the person who answered that someone from this number just called me. He asked "What number did we call?" I replied that they ought to know what number they called. He hung up. Yet they continue to call!

Its Capital One. I asked them to remove the name Amy from my phone in their system. Im told it takes 48 hours. They keep calling and Im going to sue them.

keeps showing up on my caler ID. I answered and each time they called me by name and said they have my Visa # on file. I stop them there. I told them that I work for a bank and they do not have my Visa # on file and that they are going to ask me to verify the number so they can make transactions against my account. I said this is harrassment and could you please stop? his time a girl said, "since you said please, yes. ma'am. Have a good day. Then she hung up. Imagine that.

keep calling continuously. Leave no messages. Bank of America. Call work/home/cell all the time.

Yup, same deal, called me at 2:22PM. No clue who it was, and left the tail end of the message calling him back about my credit cards. I wish I could find this clown and tell him to back off!!!!

Says he wanted to talk to my husband, and I asked why, and he very snottily said, Ma'am unless you are his wife I cannot talk to you about this matter. I saidm "Yes I am his wife and don't talk to me like a f***er" They have called and called, I finally snapped back with being rude to them.

Called about twice an hour and wanted to speak to someone I've never heard of. Complained to Cincinnati BBB and calls stopped.

Appears to be some kind of financial aid or a response to information that I inadvertently had questioned online concerning a college. They had called me a couple of times, and when I finally did answer it, they were going on about some college. I told them I am not interested. They may be affiliated with number. They may be a telemarketer that deals explicitly with several companies and organizations.

Buy a blowhorn. Next time these jerks call, you can blow it into the phone and give them an ear ache for a year!! They want to play dirty and keep harrassing me..then so can I! Having a bit of a hearing problem there son? What did you say? Speak up! I can't hear you! ha! ha!

I just recently bought a new truck and it's financed through Capital One, but when the legitimate company calls it says "Capital One Auto Finance" (abbreviated) on our caller id Thanks to Google I found this message board by reversing the phone # BE CAREFUL! CALL THE REAL CAPTIAL ONE AND REPORT IT!

This number called me and when I answered the man identified himself by name and not with a company name. He was looking for a former neighbor of mine. I was curious about this and asked how he had gotten my number and why he wanted to contact my former neighbor. He replied he had searched for numbers of people in my neighborhood and that he had handled financial matters for my former neighbor. Very shady indeed. At the end of the conversation he said that the conversation may have been recorded for Quality Assurance which didn't set well with me and I questioned this, getting no proper response.
